O atendimento é ótimo, apartir da recepção até ao restaurante, a comida ótima, o hotel é limpo.Bom. Voltarei a ficar no mesmo hotel na próxima estadia. Recomendo.

This is an older hotel but it’s clean with nice staff providing good services. The location is excellent. You can see the beautiful Port of Miami and Bayside market outside your window. Most tourists buses either pick up outside the hotel or across the street. The cruise harbor and restaurant are in walking distance or you can take the free trolley to go around yourself. Next time I visit will book this hotel again.

In my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

First, very difficult to find the hotel as no signage outside. Inside looks fine inside, shabby and tired but ok. Staff on front desk brusque and quite rude. I wanted to walk up the stairs and not take the elevator, but the doors to stairs were locked shut. Not good in case of a fire! The room was clean and acceptable. Location for downtown near to shops and stadium excellent though. Would NOT stay here again and value for money was terrible. Expensive for a Holiday Inn in such shabby condition.
