THIS LOCATION is so perfect some don’t realize it. That’s fine with me. I will always be able to book. When you come to the beach it’s for drinking and partying probably. This is a great resting stay for the keep it moving type of person. The front desk are really nice ladies if you get to know them. They are 50% of my return they been doing this a long time and are real people with with problems too. Food for thought Remember gratuity is a thing when eating in Miami Your bill is not your local restaurant type of bill 🥰

The room is large, spacious, with two beds, bathroom, a quartz to put a bag and a place to wear clothes but has no iron and a place with a chair and a fridge. The room is clean (I have allergic rhinitis and I have no sensation of anything). Every day you are asked if you wanted the room to be clean. They provide shampoo and soap. With regard to the service, it left to be. In check-in the official was gross and impatient for not being fluid in English. Another official insulted my sister, trying to pass her hand on her body that managed to get out in time (detail: she was well covered because she was cold, but not that the opposite was justifiable. We spent the rest of the stay with fear of that official. In the front balcony of the hotel, there were always many people drinking or smoking and the smell seemed to be a macon, which increased our fear because these people had free access to the hotel and we were only two. The breakfast was left to be desired because, in addition to being only industrialized things when it was 9 hours, there was a lot missing.

If you are looking for a location i the middle of Miami, this hostel is the best. 5 mins walking to the Beach and 5 mins walking to the malls and restaurants. The place is very much packed with solo travelers, the price is good. Hot water all the time, AC in the rooms, very clean bathroom and rooms. The Kitchen is pretty small for the huge number of the guests. but clean and practical. Cameras are everywhere. They have a seating indoors and outdoors. I would come again, but maybe book a double room, instead of sharing, because of the number of the guests. No privacy at all. But other than that its very practical - 20mins away from the airport. I would add one important thing - which is the Language Barrier. Mainly they speak Spanish, so keep that in mind, and come prepared. Summary, the hostel was very practical and i would come again .

If it is a transitional night, it should be more cost-effective, free parking, long-term stay, it is not appropriate, the bed is a foreign old-fashioned bed, especially soft, small room. Sanitation conditions are also very far-fetched.

i love hotel shelley this is my 3rd time coming i alway enjoy it my stay the staff are friendly and helpful great customer service specially by julia. the rooms are spacious and cozy enough space for my friends and i . the location is also amazing because very close to the beach and alot of restaurant near by, theres always something to do i love it.

We have stayed in Room Mate in San Sebastián and it is stunning. We thought we would switch from Beacon to Room Mate Waldorf as we assumed we'd found a new brand to stay with. So wrong. The hotel is dirty. The corridors are filthy so are the stairs. The public restroom is a disgrace and we know it's used by Icon restaurant however it's in your building, own it. On arriving to 201 Ocean View king .... the curtains were ripped and stained, the furniture scuffed. There was glass on the floor. JC swept it for us as he swept I saw detritus gather and made a joke of it. Little did we know how filthy the room was. After a shower our feet were dirty. Next day we reported it again and were promised a deep clean. That didn't happen - the photos are from after a deep clean, they removed the resort fee on check out, but the hotel is filthy. There was visible dirt and crumbs under furniture and the windows were disgusting. There's no excuse.
