New Point Miami Beach Apartments

The reception staff is not very cheerful and didn't smiling for customers and has a dry manner .The sea is very beautiful

I recently stayed at the Point Miami Beach Apartments from October 30 to November 3, 2023, in a Standard Duplex with Multiple Beds and an Ocean View. I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as a public service announcement – this place is a disaster. To compare it to a Motel 6 would be a grave injustice to Motel 6, as I have stayed in one before and it was significantly better than this. Let's start with the basics: almost all the sinks had hot water only, and they even managed to plumb hot water to the toilets! I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it. The couches in the apartment were stained, and the tiles in various areas were cracked, with black mold visibly creeping in. It was an appalling sight, to say the least. The only redeeming qualities were the valet service, which was surprisingly courteous, and the location, which was convenient. However, the pictures on ******* were incredibly misleading, making it seem like a much better place than it actually was. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were offered for free. The 10/10 rating that this place supposedly has must either be from the hotel's marketing department or from individuals who have incredibly low standards for accommodations. Save your money and sanity by avoiding this place at all costs.

We couldn check in early the sheets did not look clean at all and the pool was under construction so the beach was the only option asked for a late check out the lady at desk said come down early at about 8 get down there at 8 to find out they don’t open until 10 so I go back down there at 10 for them to tell me that I can’t do a late check my room has been rented out but we can keep you luggage until your ready to go to the airport I have stay at the property a few time and never had a problem I will never stay here again

Plese don't be fooled by posted pictures, Reality is very far from rosy pictures. ******* is more worst then New Point Management. I need to change room 3 times,found broken Bed, Cocroches and very diry old room.i was waiting for Management to change room untill 12.30 am.they refuse to give me refund to leave hotel to stay somewhere else.******* raised hand and refused to help me.

The room is outdated and poorly maintained. It’s only somewhat clean. Check in was poor communication. We were told parking was free then we were told we needed to pay $38 for parking. Then we had to go back and forth between and office and security desk while pregnant and with a toddler to get our parking validated. We were given the wrong gate code for the beach. The area is nice but this was not worth the price we paid and would not stay here again

Just a place to sleep. Resort fees too high for a broken pool and not much amenities. The bar is nice.

It’s so beautiful, peaceful!! And very organized, staff very polite and quick to check in.
