Horrible… sink was clogged, elevator wasn’t working and my room was in the third floor! Someone from the front desk had to come and assist with my luggage, also, there’s no thermostat in the rooms, apparently one unit controls the entire building, so it was so cold at night, when I called front desk they said to close the vent only; and in the morning it got so hot, literally sweating and nothing could be done. When checkout time came, there was no one to help apparently the guy who helps had not arrived; someone from the front desk assisted me carrying my luggage.
View was nice and everything was within walking distance, but overall very inconvenient, wouldn’t stay here again.

Love the room decor and pretty clean, no odd smells and bed was comfy! If you need extra blankets just the front desk and they will give you.

Staff could care less about guests. Such an outdated hotel for the price. Easily could charge more with some tlc and updating. Great location, but would not stay here again.

It is in front of Miami South Beach so very convenient if that is what you are looking for. Lots of restaurants in the same street.
We stayed 3 nights and they only cleaned the room one day after we had to request it.
Besides that, great place to stay.

Tiny tv with limited channels and no outlets to plug in cell phone and devices. No coffee or even a small counter to set things.

I paid in advance and booked this hotel for 3 nights, coming from Michigan, had my confirmation number from *******, went to the hotel to check in and was told no vacancy. They refused to honor the booking and didn't even try to remedy the issue.

The pictures that are on the website are true to fact. The place is run down and very old. The lobby not very welcoming and looks are homeless people are hanging at the lobby the restroom smelled like pee. The rooms are very old furniture and beds are uncomfortable the wifi did not work and tv either. The bathroom tub had black grout from being old. The only thing this place has is location.
