Citizenm Miami South Beach

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night post cruise. I have to say that we were both very disappointed when we had to leave. This is a brand new hotel, close to the Lincoln shopping area (it’s retro and beautiful). This area has loads of local restaurants and bars and a great atmosphere. It’s also close to Miami Beach (10 mins walk). The hotel itself is very cool. We have stayed in a few citizenM hotels in the UK so we were very happy to select this one. We have previously stayed in the Redbury hotel and we were thinking of staying there again as we enjoyed it so much but thought we would stay here as we love citizenM brand. The hotel and location did not disappoint. The bed was super comfy (soft but not too soft). The room had everything we needed and the was high tech. The WiFi was quick and the shower was amazing. Staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived (they facilitated an early check in) to the minute we left (stored luggage while we shopped). A cool and welcoming place. It is minimalistic but has everything you need. Mecca was a star and MC was a gentleman. We cannot wait to return and we will definitely book at least 3 days to give us a chance to use to rooftop pool and lounge area and hopefully chill out in the bar.

Jay went above and beyond to accommodate my little family. It is because of that we will stay again. The location is so great and walkable. We walked to Fenway in 10 minutes. Not the most optimal hotel for kids but outside of that it’s absolutely perfect.

There was no AC in the room. We called to try to get it fix. I had to call an hour later because nothing changed, and finally was moved to a different hotel 15 mins away. The other hotel over night parking was $20 and day parking $10.

This hotel was amazing great staff Hans the bartender Mike the cook and Kesi front desk service thanks you all the service was great my first time to Miami …Bed was so comfortable shower was nice and hot Pizza was delicious late night easy check out …

Service was amazing, the property was incredibly clean and beautiful. I love the decoration was very simple but colorful. The customer service was great. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was amazing, customer service is great and the aura of the hotel is great. The pool was really nice, l love every single thing. The place smells really good and the people are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Michael was a great bartender and front desk host. He was able to accommodate me during my stay and had very great customer service support. The hotel itself was beautiful. I loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the modern touches.

First time ever heard of CitizenM. My daughter booked it as a last minute need for a place to stay. I was quite surprised and thought it would be one of the normal hotels and didn't disappoint me at all.

Ok so like I said, I guess your clients aren’t allowed to rest their head on your very comfortable couches that you have in the living room because they don’t want people sleeping there. Well my plane wasn’t to leave until late afternoon. I wanted to check out and give you guys ample time to get the room cleaned for the next person, but I should’ve just stayed in my room and gotten yelled at by biteby in my room where there was nobody there
