The lobby environment is very advanced, and the hotel service facilities are also very complete. Although the breakfast is expensive, it is rich and nutritious. Room service is meticulous and enthusiastic. As soon as you enter the room, you feel clean and tidy, and the simple atmosphere reveals the comfort of being at home. The house can overlook the seashore, and you can sit on the balcony.

Beautiful sleek, elegant room in the Art Deco block, with a large balcony with sea view, separate little sitting area and bath in the bedroom. Lovely first impression to arrive there after a long flight, look at the sea and enjoy some of the bottle of champagne which had been left on ice as a welcome gift! The dishes on the breakfast buffet in Jaya were plentiful and would have been delicious but unfortunately stone cold which seemed a shame. We took a la carte after the first morning which was much better. Extremely loud music at dinner in Jaya meant we couldn’t have a conversation so had to move inside, which again was a shame, though by chance we had a good view of the live show which we hadn’t been expecting! You can walk for miles along a boardwalk just back from the beach.

How can I say that I have been traveling to various good hotels in various countries for the first time. W may think too good but a little disappointed after checking in. The location of the hotel is not good. Breakfast is generally good for hotels in the United States. I also made up that the room facilities are really old doors and so on. Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

I stayed here for a couple days for a work trip. I liked the size of my room. It had a futon too as well as a table and a nice corner standing balcony. It was close to a whole foods and walkable to a lot of good restaurants but not in a busy area of the island. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds were super stiff. I like firm beds but these were extremely stiff. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The second stay, I booked the wrong room in a hurry, and found out after I checked in. The staff was very enthusiastic to help me change the room and have been comforting me. Because I came back late to Miami Beach, after dinner time, I thought I couldn't eat it, but the kitchen left dinner for the late guests, which was very touched.

My boyfriend, our dog and I just spent a week at the Mondrian. From the moment we arrived, the guys at the entrance gave us a very pleasant welcome and from then on all the staff. Those at the reception, those at the bar, those at the pool, those at the restaurant and the maids gave us an exceptional treatment, always friendly and with a sweet smile on their faces, we really felt at home and our pet did too. He received a lot of affection from all of them and was happy for the whole hotel. We highly recommend this hotel. Its location, its exquisite aroma, its wonderful and professional staff and its rooms and facilities always clean and in good condition exactly as you see them in the photos on the web. We really can't wait to go back. Thank you very much once again for making us feel so good.

I would not recommend this place, I repeat I would not recommend this place no matter the cheap prices, it’s a crappy and unkept the rooms are like bunk beds, bed bugs on the sheets , cockroaches all over, the batheroom is disgusting and unkept no matter how good it looks in the pictures, it’s all a decoy, do not book!!!!!!!!! , stop and dnt books this dump at any cause, they dnt give a crap about the situation we had with multiple private rooms with ****tty batheroom and bed bugs all over, I’m literally disguised they dnt have to refund our money we were forced to leave at 5am because of the situation and when we asked the front desk staff to go check he refused, no help at all, we were told the manager doesn’t come till 11am , but this point we didn’t want to even stay in this dumpster hotel, this isn’t a family place at all, it’s the very unpleasant I repeat it’s very unpleasant so pay your money and stay in comfort and relaxation , the shower was a whole other situation with that, people literally walk in and out whenever they feel I like, screw each other and leave and you can hear that through there thin walls, I regret booking this place for spring break, waste of money and time. For sure I’m reporting them cause I can’t believe a hotel like this does this kind of unhealthy business at this moment I’m just saying what I feel, so please dnt book this, take my word for it, 100 percent.

This hotel is walking distance from the beach, has very nice staff, good food in the restaurant, is beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and what I loved most about it is that it's nearly 100 years old and they've kept it in its original state. The flooring, furniture, etc. and it has an old Otis elevator that you have to manually open and close which I thought was so cool. It also comes with great perks like beach chair rental, bike rental, credit toward the restaurant, bottled water, and glasses of wine.
