I have stayed several times in this venue over the last ten years or so. Why do we come back to a particular hotel? First of all: the proximity of the airport (Geneva), there is no need to go through town, as the airfield is located North and the hotel is only a few minutes away from it. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport. The rooms and facilities are the same in most Ibis, Novotel, Mercure etc hotels of the Accor group. The standard of cleanliness and courtesy is what singles out one hotel from another. What stands out in this hotel is the team, the management skills of the leaders, Bastien at the Front Desk, Benjamin in the restaurant and their teams. You never feel the hierarchy, you never hear commands, they are all one and they are definitely fun, very courteous and make the simplest meal a little feast. Each member in each team, that includes housekeeping) is a personality and you can, if you wish, have amazing heartfelt conversations with one or the other. Over the years I have seen team members leave and new ones come in, and to my astonishment and joy the happy spirit prevails. Thank you Ibis, thank you team, you will see me again :). Mariana Amar

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in. We stayed for 4 nights, 2nd April-6th April. The building either interior or exterior was very well maintained and lovely decor. The reception area was very soothing and welcoming. Free tea/coffee. The room we had slept 4 people which we needed. It was well equipped, it even had a coffee machine. Very clean room. Ample of linens/ towels. The Hotel had given us the opportunity to apply for free travel passes during the duration of our stay. This allowed us to travel freely anywhere and in any mode of transport which saved us a lot money on transport. Transport was easily accessible, in fact the bus stop was just outside the hotel. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They also had lots of boards games which we enjoyed playing until late at night. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience.

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.

Das Hotel zieht sicher viele Besucher an, die den hohen Zimmerpreisen in Genf entgehen wollen. Anders als auf den Buchungsportalen präsentiert, sind die Zimmer doch ziemlich klein. Ich musste mich jedesmal mit Mühe zwischen Bett und Fernseher hindurchquetschen. Das Personal ist freundlich, man sieht nur selten welches, die Rezeption ist meistens unbesetzt und wird vom benachbarten Restaurant mit bedient. Es gibt einen großen gemeinsamen Parkplatz. Die Umgebung ist sehr industriell. Das Highlight ist das asiatische Restaurant, welches abends viele Gäste anzieht. Wer nur übernachten will, ist im Woods Hôtel gut aufgehoben; in langer Erinnerung wird es wahrscheinlich nicht bleiben.

Our flight was cancelled at midnight and we were told to find our own hotel which we managed to do on-line. Because we did so after midnight we had actually booked for the next night! On arrival the very helpful staff sorted this and found us a room for the night. And they didn’t rip us off but charged the normal rate. Fantastic!! I will always try to stay in an Ibis when on the continent in future. On top of this the hotel was quiet and clean and a lovely breakfast.

This is really close to the airport and easy to get to on foot even with snowboard bags and suitcases! We used for an overnight stay before travelling onto final destination. It was exactly what we expected for the cost. The room was tiny, but clean and functional. We had a double bed with a single bunk over, clever use of the space. Our only complaint is that it was incredibly hot with no way of cooling other than opening the window, which slightly cooled, but you are right next to the airport so there are obviously numerous noises. There was air con gauge on the wall, but it didn’t work. It was unseasonably warm so maybe the heating for the building just hadn’t adjusted? The heater in the room was off, but the whole building appeared to be hot. Would recommend for short overnight stay if using airport.

I needed a hotel for one night, as my friends were picking up the next day to head to the ski resort. I took the 66 bus from the airport that drop me off six minutes away from the hotel. 45 min bus fr Geneva city centre. Lots of construction in the area. Pleasant hotel, lovely common area, very modern . The room has a kitchenette, which I found pleasantly surprising as I got to make tea and porridge in the morning. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, but that's OK, very spacious, and would love to stay there again .

What a fabulous city, gorgeous hotel central to the main sights so clean no rubbish no dog dirt , great food service and friendly locals Geneva has a wonderful tourist travel card all trams buses and the train that goes directly to the airport are included you need to be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay around 9 Swiss francs per person, well worth it

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

GGuest UserThe following is my view and observation of the Nash Suites Geneva where we recently stayed Positives Hotel Location - Great (5 mins from the airport and a regular shuttle) Hotel Staff - Very polite, courteous and helpful. Terry at breakfast was a legend Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent cannot fault. Room was tidied and replenished each day Hotel Shuttle - always on time and all drivers were great. Thank you All rooms have a window shutter, being so close to the airport means this stops the extra light and noise and you get a great nights sleep Negatives - I only have two pieces of advice for the hotel Breakfast - the only thing that stopped me giving them a 10/10. Nothing was labelled (my daughter is vegetarian) There was limited choice And what was on display was cold (even though food was kept in a closed heat tray, i don't think they were on or working as any item taken from it was cold. Breakfast is the most important part of the day as it sets you up the for the long day ahead. But after paying 20 Swiss Francs we were most disappointed. The hotel serves it from 05.30 am to 10.30 am but the lack of choice and cold food was a real let down hence my score of 8/10 as opposed to 10/10 If a would be customer emails you with questions please respond as soon as possible and fully answer all questions. Travellers Notes Airport Shuttle is located literally just outside Arrivals. Walk out the main airport doors and its 100 meters ahead just slightly to your right or left. The Airport does sign post it well If you want to make your way from the Hotel to the town catch the No. 10 Bus which is about 250 meters from the Hotel. on the right hand side outside the Crown Plaza Hotel - Stop De Longville. The hotel should provide you with a QR code which gives you free travel throughout the city on public vehicles Limited choice for food in the area. We had to make do with a small cafe 500 yards from the hotel or a petrol station next to it that had basic supplies or went to and back to the Airport for food (using free hotel shuttle) However, i would still strongly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserThe hotel is across the airport and has an excellent shuttle service that run every 10 min (5am to midnight) or 20min (midnight to 5am).
The hotel staff are on the ball. I had asked for a wake-up call. Unfortunately in the night I had hit the ”Do not disturb” button on the phone.
In the morning, since I was not answering, they came to my door and knock on my door. Thanks.
For the rest, everything was perfect. Good bed, clean room, TV with a good choice of channel.

GGuest UserThe Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

JJourney26534531660This is a lower budget airport hotel option but they pleasantly surprised me with good things. Having stayed at 10 previous hotels on this trip, this was hands down the most comfortable linen and bed. Really comfortable. Convenient to the airport naturally but be aware if your flight leaves outside their shuttle times, you have to find your own way. I was able to walk but if it rains, or is dark and you have luggage, you would struggle. The breakfast was exceptional for someone with diet restrictions. There is good signage, the staff were well informed to help me with non-dairy milk. I was super impressed (photo attached). I stayed in a city hotel later in the month in Geneva and I was yearning to come back to this hotel, so that says something. Well done Ibis. This will make me consider Ibis all around the world now.

Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

HHARUYUKIIt's a little far from the old town, but since you can get a free pass from the city's tourism bureau, you can come and go as you like on the tram, so it doesn't feel like an inconvenience. The staff was very helpful in helping us get our free passes. The staff were very kind.

SSophia KimberlyThe hotel is right behind Zimeysa train station, direct train to Geneva main railway station. The hotel is close to airport 8 minutes drive (no hotel shuttle bus). However if you take train, there’s no direct train, you have to take to Geneva main station and change train (1 stop) to Geneva airport. The train frequency at Zimeysa train station is once every 1 hour so plan your trip properly. The hotel is new, spacious and clean. I had a comfortable 1 night stay. Location is quite secluded, no food establishment around other than the restaurant in the hotel.

Close to the airport. Availability of a shuttle service. Great cleaning service. New hotel, new facilities. Friendly and helpful reception. The Geneva transportation card is an excellent bonus. Quiet area. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend.
