The facility was nice and clean. Great view. There were shops and restaurants within shopping distance. The staff was friendly, but did not follow through on requests. We asked for a crib 3 times and it was never brought to us, so my husband had to go down to the front desk and get it after waiting a very long time. When we got breakfast in the morning it was not a pleasant experience. We had to wear gloves and a mask and they were very strict about it. In my opinion, it was very over the top.

I didn't like the stay. No parking. You are kept ID as guarantee of controls and towels and also a cash deposit. The place smells bad.

We have already had the opportunity to stay several times at Fiesta Inn Mexicali and each experience has been very good and each time they make it even better !!! Therefore, we continue to return and it is one of our favorite hotels and destinations of the Posadas Group. This time, all I can say is that it was simply spectacular !!! The hotel staff is what makes that difference, they are customer service oriented and they pay attention to every single detail :) It has very nice facilities, very comfortable rooms and beds, the food is very good as well (preparation, flavor, freshness), we also like the pool a lot and it is another plus of the hotel. The location of the hotel on an important and central avenue is ideal. 100% RECOMMENDABLE!!
