從Seiano車站出來，要沿公路上坡，大約要步行10幾分鐘才能到達酒店。這個酒店很適合辦Party，有游泳池、酒吧、花園、大型自助餐廳，我們住酒店期間正好有人在辦一場18歲的慶典活動。
酒店所在地方周邊沒什麼服務設施，就歺困難，酒店會建議選擇他們的自助歺（人均30歐）。
相比於阿瑪爾菲和波西塔諾這樣熱門地方的海景房的天價，這裏的海景房價格就相當親民，而且有火車和巴士很方便去到上面2個地方，所以當初的選擇Seiano是對的，從這裏還能很方便去龐貝。
酒店房間沒有熱水壺、一次性拖鞋、洗漱杯子居然提供2個薄薄的一次性紙杯，連玻璃杯都沒有，開眼了。房間也不提供瓶裝水。
歺廳很大可以看海景但早歺品種一般，沒得選擇。

I’m currently visiting and after reading many conflicting reviews, I decided to write one myself. To start off, check in was very fast and the staff were really helpful. Our room has tall ceilings which we really like, very clean and looks better than what we expected. We are half board (breakfast and dinner), breakfast is average, including a buffet with pastries and cereals. However, the dinner menu is very minimal and the food is average at best. A few nights, we visited the restaurant ‘Ma Che Bonja’ behind the hotel which was sooo much better than the food at the hotel with pizzas starting from €7 and lovely deserts. The waiters at the hotel don’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing so not very helpful, although I understand the language barrier, they just stand around and chat. The pool is very clean, a nice place to chill on days you aren’t doing much. The views are amazing from the balcony, with a train station only a 10 minute walk away. Although next to a main road, it’s not “scary” or “dangerous” as other reviews state. There was a train strike the second day we were there in which we felt kind of stranded with nothing to do as Seiano doesn’t have much. We went down to the beach which was quite hilly but lovely when you’re down there (not so much when walking back up).

Yes the hotel is lovely Staff friendly but my god 5 nights out of the 7 weddings and birthday parties with music booming till 12 am. One night we thought we were in ibiza and the room was vibrating it was that loud. Horrendous walk to train station on the narrow paths very dangerous has the traffic is 24 / 7 and steep walks to the beach. The food was a joke 😐 ok if you like omelette every evening meal or pork. Italians who stayed got spaghetti bolognese and lovely pasta dishes. Clearly not an hotel for English.

Overall nice stay, lovely pool area with fab views of mountains and Vesuvious. Food needs improving and 'hot' food needs to be hot not barely warm! Evening meal has potatoes with everything! Shame you have to choose next days evening meal the day before and menu very limited. Staff friendly and helpful. Small local grocery shop nearby. Train Station 3/4 mile down a very steep and busy road, not for the unfit or fainthearted walking back up to the hotel ! The hotel does offer a shuttle service though during office hours. Rooms at the front and side of hotel are noisy from traffic and constant ambulance sirens. Rooms are dated but you get what you pay for.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good quality furnishings and marble floors, lovely swimming pool. The food at dinner was poor and the breakfast slightly better - best part were the lovely fresh oranges. The rooms were comfortable apart from the 5 nights of loud disco music until midnight making the window frames and shutters vibrate with the bass. We had a lovely balcony and sea view. There was no complimentary water or drink making facilities in the room and the rooms did not have their own iron. There was a fridge in the room. Excellent chamber maid service. It is convenient for the local train station and there is a timetable in reception who can sell you train tickets. The climb down to the beach and restaurants down there is quite steep and requires reasonable mobility. ( there is a mini bus service but I did not find out about that as we walked)

Just got back from a really nice stay. So many negative comments so I'm focusing on the positive. Lovely location a brilliant base for exploring. Hotel itself yes it is dated,but it's spotlessly clean. Staff incredible friendly. Food nice yes I've had better, but it was always cooked fresh and hot. Outdoor space was amazing gorgeous pool fantastic view's lovely seating areas , plenty of sunbeds. Rooms were ok plenty big enough for 2, again very clean. I would stay again thankyou grand moon valley

I love Grand Hotel Moon Valley. It's spotlessly clean The staff are so lovely The trips from the hotel are great I enjoyed the food - and the restaurant staff were brilliant about making amendments (like two starters rather than a starter and main!) My favourite part is the view. Sea view upgrade is 100% worth it. From early morning coffee, to wine at sunset, to a nightcap amaretto. Staring out across the bay of Naples. Mount Vesuvius staring back at you. Watching the world go by. There's some lovely restaurants and shops a few minutes from the hotel, and the beach is a steep downhill 20 min walk away. The train station is 5 mins down the hill, and for a few euros a ticket you can find yourself in Sorrento, Pompeii or Naples.

The good... Lovely & clean hotel, staff were pleasent. The not so good.... Didn't realise hotel was as remote on a busy road, it's not actually in Sorrento it's in Sieano. The bad... This hotel could be fantastic the food let's it down, you have to select what you want from a choice of 3 items the night before, it isn't explained very well, The first night we had dinner we weren't told about the vegetables or salad that were on a buffet, so we simple had fish & potatoe. Like I've said it's spotlessy clean so there is so much potential.

Nice hotel. Spotless Staff friendly Pool area really nice. Nice gardens Choose room with a sea view Downsides Food stuck in the 70s! Paper thin walls Hilly but it's all hilly around there A lot of road noise.
