ANTS! Everywhere in the kitchen of the rental. Notified rental contact Rosy, and the number for Teresa evidently not valid, which was our fault according to Rosy and Rosy blamed us for leaving a small bag of chips on the counter. Never had these issues in "clean" rentals. There were 100s of ants everywhere..Teresa even confirmed when she came to view. Never apologized and didn't take any action until Sun, we came in on Fri, reported Sat morning. Ants were so bad we could NOT use the kitchen. No apologies and when we asked for compensation. Why is it so hard to provide quality customer service??? Rosy said it did not warrant any as they took care of the situation 12hrs before we checked out. Worst customer service ever all they want is your $$...stay away!!!

We were at Monte Vista RV Resort for 3 weeks. It was easy to get involved and everyone was very welcoming. The mail room hand delivered our mail - which seemed like an extra mile. We had a problem at our site which we had caused - Jo at the office was extremely proactive at coming to a win-win scenario for both of us. Efforts made by the staff at this park along with actual "resort" like accommodations make this a premier location in the Mesa/Phoenix area and also for the national Encore Park system.

We have stayed at several RV resorts in the Mesa/ Apache Junction area. This is the only resort with a dedicated, Big Rig friendly, RV area (no jack-knifing between park models). Roads and sites are all paved and level. Amenities are top notch. Stores are close. We now snowbird here every winter.

Staff was very nice, easy check in and check out. Mostly impressed with how clean and how nice it was to stay and not be complained to constantly with staff. This staff was great!

Very disappointed in the lack of care or empathy and for the poor communication. We were turned away after driving 8 hours and had already paid.

This place is very nice. Pools are clean and the facilities are well taken care of. The people who work there are nice and willing to help. The only thing is some of the full time residents act as if they own the place and rv'ers are just not welcome.

Superb accommodations. Really friendly and helpful staff. Security is well managed. Great location to nearby freeways without being too close to road noise.

Loved it, lots of space and amenities but we stayed on a corner and looked at the big electric box. If you have many open spaces for RV I would recommend placement away from them if you can.

Nice place. But security who escorted us to our spot started barking at us we needed to unhook our towed jeep, because it was sticking out. Geez we had just arrived. It was the tone he used. Not sure why he was so rough. Did not feel very welcoming. Other than that nice place.
