As A Real Estate Investor, I could not help but notice that the property LACKS "Curb Appeal". To be fair, the price paid to get a couple of hours sleep reflected the lack of sparkle. Nonetheless, the room had several areas that reflect Deferred Maintenance. The only "light" was in the Bathroom. every other light was either "burned out" or simply missing. Upon Checking in, having to pay for a "Key Deposit" should have been a warning that my stay however brief would LIKELY not be repeated. To that point, my Credit Card has yet to be credited for the return of the key. Bad Business practice on the part of someone. Again to be fair, I have NOT pursued calling either the Front Desk at the Property NOR placed a complaint with the Credit Card as there could be a multi-day waiting period. However that time frame is about close out. I have to wonder if the Operator at the Property "counts on" Guests "forgetting" about the Key Deposit. So with that I close this "Tell us about your Stay"
