The staff was friendly and the housekeeping was exceptional. It was the food that was not so good. They should just get rid of the egg option all together or serve boiled eggs cuz the flat round ones are not it.

Hotel is old. Walls are thin . Pictures on their website make it look better than it actually is. The room we stayed in, the bathtub was dirty. When i was trying to check out, the hotel staff working was screaming at someone on the phone then walks off while Im waiting to check out. I will never stay there again.
The only thing good is it was convenient right next to the highway

Stayed at the hotel and was ok with the room. However, all night long there was loud banging and it was very nousy!! Needless to say, we got little sleep. Being in a foul mood from lack of sleep, I asked what all the noise was about, barely noticing the police standing there with a guy . I was told and apparently there was a fight in the room right above us. It must have been ongoing thru the night. I expressed my displeasure with the situation and was told that the clerk would speak to the manager and give me a call later that day by 3pm. Needless to say, I never received the call and was charged the full amount. I expect to pay for a room when I get my sleep. I also expect a call to be made when I’m told it will be. I rented the room based upon the customer service reviews. I didn’t experience the customer service that everyone else did. When you stay in a hotel and can’t sleep most of the night due to bad clientele, it’s not a place I will stay again.

The only thing I wish they had more of was a better selection on breakfast. There was only waffles, biscuits and gravy and eggs. Wish there was some kind of meat. But over all was a good stay.

Staff was friendly at check-in. Room was clean. Needs updated and minor repairs cleaned up. Housekeeping didn’t come back but wasn’t that big of a deal.

Overall everything was okay, but when you got into the room.... There were big long cracks in the ceiling like they didn't even try to make it look like one but they put up new sheetrock and just put the stuff on the ceiling to make it bumpy. And then in the shower, The shower head was sticking about four to five inches out of the wall. There were cracks all around the bathroom where it looked like the wall in the ceiling have separated or the tub had moved and separated. It was Nice to be able to stop and sleep for a night, but it seriously needed a renovation. The fridge was sitting on a shoe mat, we had to lift the fridge. Because there was a lip on the mat keeping us from opening it easily

The staff were great and very friendly. The location was great for us. We were able to access the downtown area, the Plaza, and Overland Park super easily. It’s close to Antioch Park, so we were able to walk in the morning. Our room was really small for three people, and the floors were dirty. The breakfast was just okay. That said, I would stay here again just for the location.

Tej was working the front desk when we arrived, and he was very nice and very competent. The room was exactly like what was promised. The breakfast on Saturday morning was a disappointment. Almost all the food had been depleted, and very few options with very little seating space. The girl who checked us out was also working the breakfast area, and it was not her best day. Overall, a good experience.
