The staff went and above and beyond to make my staff comfortable. They were very helpful and kind.

My check in time of 3pm was delayed due to the staff member who's shift was ending didnt seem to want to do anymore than they had to. I was told it would be about 10-15min wait. Checked in at 3 pm when someone else came in for their shift, room was nice at first glance, plastic trash under the bed, and 2 splatter marks of god knows what on 2 walls. I had to go back to the front desk later in the day to ask for towels because there was only a wash cloth and bath mat. Not impressed to say the least

I recently had stayed at this location due to unforeseen circumstances. At first, I would say that my feelings were not reflected in the review I’m leaving. I checked in to the property and had zero issues, until settled in To my room. It was later evening, and I was getting ready to turn in for the night when out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a bug crawling across the floor heading toward a corner chair in the room. I had attempted to smash it with no luck a it retreated under chair. Following morning while getting ready for work I noticed the bug again, this time there was multiples. In the bathroom outside the bathroom, walls floors. I took photos and a video, mentioned it t the front desk the next evening after returning from work. They did they’d pass it along and had a pest guy come out whom saw nothing. It was couple nights stay after that I was told i was in a do not rent list and turned away. I was accused of smoking cigarettes in my room with photo documentation of it, which is odd as I don’t smoke period. I WILL se to it that this IS resolved as the manager has refused via an email complaint to the guest services with motel 6 not to refund anything and remain on no rent list. Good luck to anyone going in after me..

The floor was peeling up. The TV only worked part time. There were no dressers. No electrical outlets near the bed to plug in a phone. Heater made a churping noise all night about every 1 to 2 minutes. Only 2 tiny bars of soap were provided, other toiletries could be purchased, not a big deal for me since i never use provided toiletries anyway. The front desk was not manned, even during daytime hours, there was a sign with a number to call if assistance was needed. No coffee,fridge, or microwave. Many fast food places close by as well as winco across the street. Easy freeway access. Definitely just a place to sleep no frills or fancy stuff.

It was loud , didn't get any sleep. People stomping up and down the hallways going in and out the doors all night long it was loud plus there's no coffee pots or anything like that inside the room.

This used to be the go-to place between Seattle and Salt Lake City. This last stay was the straw that broke the camel's back. Handicap parking covered in snow and ice and that was after you navigated the unplowed parking lot. Very dangerous. Stinging shower heads. Front desk staff could care less.

The room was very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable for me though.

All great, except for the wet stain in the bed when I turned down the sheets. I was too tired to make a beef. Slept on the other side of the bed.
