We absolutely loved the breakfast. It was hot and delicious. There was a lot of variety so everyone had something to choose from. My kids loved the pool. What a great place! The room was perfect and was able to accommodate everyone. This place is highly recommended!!!

It is right next to the high way so the traffic noise was kind of loud. The air condition was broken but they fixed it in no time after we call them. The breakfast was great!

I have traveled around the world and slept in a lot of third world guest houses and cheap hotels. Nampa Inn & Suites is, by far, the worst of them all. I will list my grievances by the order I encountered them beginning my two night stay. First, I had to pay a $100 cash security deposit but there was nothing in the room worthy of any sort of security deposit. Second as I walked down the hall to the room I kept tripping over missing and damaged floor tiles. I had stayed in this building when it was a Shilo in ten years ago and it was bad then. This time it was worse than I remember. 1. Our room was filthy, there were hair slivers in the sink. 2. The shower soap holders had mounds of caked on soap. 3. The room stank of something sour. 4. The AC worked only intermittently and kept waking us during the night. 5. After the first night they did not clean the room and did not give us fresh towels. When I asked about that they said it had to be requested at an extra charge. 6. The staff were far less than kind or friendly. They seemed most interested in their own personal conversations with one another than with serving clients. Whomever Melodys.X is over on the right side, who said that things had improved, I would hate to have seen what she first experienced because what we experienced was more than a nightmare. I blame myself because I picked the cheapest hotel from the list and I was reminded that $120 per night does not buy much at this hotel. You would be better off sleeping in your car in the park than staying in this place. If you are thinking about making reservations, don't! There are much much nicer places that also are cost effective in Nampa.

The staff and facility were outstanding! Everyone was very courteous, and their facility is extremely clean! I would definitely recommend staying at my place hotel, for anyone looking for a quality stay at a affordable price especially! Brittany and Rich were extremely accommodating throughout my stay. I stayed at this hotel on 2/8 for business. I travel regularly but usually stay with another hotel chain. However, Boise was almost completely booked for the night. When I got to my room I noticed the sink was dirty. There was a pink ring around the bottom. The hand towel had a huge yellow stain on the front side that you could see across the room. The toilet had black mold streaks in the bowl, pee under the seat and clearly had not been cleaned. When I asked to change rooms I was told there was nothing available but someone would clean the room while I went to dinner. When I came back from dinner the room had not been cleaned AND the comforter and sheets had been pulled back on one side. I again asked for a new room and was told there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak with the General Manager the next morning but she was not available. I asked for a phone call and heard nothing. This hotel is filthy and the employees do not care about the guest experience. A direct quote from the night manager ”If my room looked like yours there is no way I would stay there”.... yet they did nothing about it. RUN, dont walk as far away as you can from this hotel. Even Motel 6 might be better.
