Great hotel option right in the heart of Merida. This is an old house with lovely architectural style and character.
The rooms are spacious, service is great, and the swimming pool is nice!
The only detail is that I asked for some toothpaste and they didn't have (bring yours along), and I had to go out to get one (not far, plenty of convenience stores around).
I recommend it 100%

Nice, quiet hotel in the center of Merida, walkable to most destinations in the city. The courtyard is lush and beautiful, and the small pool on the roof was great for hot afternoons.

Fantastic location close to central plaza. Only warning is that if you have a rental car, the hotel has no parking on site. It’s a 4 block hike to get to the parking lot they use.

We stayed for 3 nights. The first night wasn't good. We couldn't access wifi in our room, it was in a dark corner if the hotel, and the room itself wasn't in great condition. We asked to be moved the next morning and went out for the day. Out things were moved for us to a much better room. The wifi worked and it was much nicer. Never tried the breakfast. I'd say as long as you're in a normal room, this place is perfect. Good price, unbeatable location, charming building, quiet.

It's a great place at a reasonable rate. Im 6'3", 260 lbs. the shower was tight getting in and out, if larger than me it will be a problem.
