Incredible place, clean and beautiful rooms. Walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Alberto the manager is an incredible and welcoming host. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

An exquisite quiet place close to main square and safe. If you fancy something cozy and homely then this is the place to go. I loved the high ceilings and the breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and warm.

Quiet place, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and attention from the kitchen staff. Negative: The water did not drain properly in the bathtub in our room and the floors in the bathroom could have been better cleaned during our stay, other than that a nice little hotel to stay.

The rooms are beautifully appointed in decor and the linens are fantastic. Modern bathroom and very clean. The pool area is very well done and having a fridge at the disposal of guests is a thoughtful touch. I will definitely return.

Very pleasant hotel, but not really central. If you arrive directly from the airport you may well think you have dumped in the middle of nowhere. It's not really that bad,but it is a little remote. The hotel itself is quiet but charming. The rooms are large, there is a small pool and a sun area, and the breakfast is good. Service is pleasant without any problems. In fairness, the pool area, although not latge, is smart. Would we stay again? i think we would look if there was anywhere nicer that was better located, but otherwise yes.

amazing 5 star stay here! slightly above average pricing for stays in merida but we felt it was worth it. the property is exactly like the photos, beautiful and serene with lots of plants.
the staff is as very welcoming and kind, and the included hot breakfast with fruit, coffee, juice served every morning 8:30-10:30am was the highlight of our stay. rooms are spacious and clean with many amenities provided. location was great as well, very walkable to everything in merida centro. parking is free on streets.

The room was beautiful, the shower was the best I've ever used, and the air conditioning is very effective. The full, hot breakfasts were excellent. There is always a staff member available, and they are very helpful. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
