Upon arrival, front desk agent was wonderful. She was very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk agents the following day were rude and inconsiderate. A male attendant was very disrespectful and upset after telling me I had to come get towels myself because they couldn’t be delivered to me, no problem I came down to get them. The next day on my way up I stopped to get towels and he huffed and puffed loudly and threw the towels on the counter. If you don’t want to assist with guest, stay home or find another job. Overall my experience was not bad. Great location if you’re driving.

It was close to the attractions that I came to see. Everyone was friendly at the registration desk however there was one receptionist when we checked in that talked so fast when she was explaining about the hotel to the customers that we all stood there and made comments to one another such as "did you get that?" It seemed like it was all memorized and she wasn't talking to any one person just staired and talked so fast. The receptionist who was there during the day was very personable and friendly and helped with our transportation, etc.

My smoke free room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The TV didn’t work, probably dead batteries in the remote. And the toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet, I almost fell off twice. Room 327
