I was very upset that I was change to a unit was not furnish at all . Even the curtain drop when we try to cover , hit on mine husband head . We were try to message them . But they took so long to reply n even didn’t keep to their promise to compensate us . Till now trip . Com was not able to help us to talk to the management . We will only told by them that trip .com can compensate us 600 trip coin which is about sgd $8 . Sad to say that they had stop communication since when I had rejected that offer . I am still waiting for the outcome that they are not able to help . I will consider to stop any booking thru trip. Com from the future , which I had urge that to the unit n take a look which I had stay for the night which I don’t think they will go that unit to investigate unit no 11-08 . Anyone who see this review please becareful not to book by that hotel management again which is so not reasonable at all
