We stayed there for 3days for which we were charged 2880SAR,ie,960SAR per day.The room was tiny where it was difficult for us to even stand in the room together. The room was not clean. No one answers the phone on the reception nor do they pass any messages to the concerned staff. To get any help from housekeeping was a task as you are supposed to search for them on the floor each time which takes at least 2-3 attempts minimum. There was only 1 functional socket in the room which we literally had to search for. There was almost always a garbage bag kept in the corridor. The reception staff was extremely rude from the moment we were checking in as we were INDIANS, which was actually expressed by the male receptionist while talking to someone at the desk.We had breakfast included in or package. The food quality was very poor and the restaurant was not clean. This was our 8th visit to Madinah but this was the worst experience till date.

Be Warned and Do Not Stay In This Hotel!!! 1 - Men come into the room without notice, no knocking, I was so sick that I couldn't move and my husband was out and they kept coming in, I asked what they wanted and all they said was just 'checking' this happened all hours of the day, they weren't coming into the room for anything specific so I was on guard the whole time I was in the hotel. 2 days before our checkout someone entered the room again when my husband wasn't there to ask if we were checking out. 2 - Not once in the whole stay did they clean the room, it was absolutely filthy and disgusting, never been hoovered, food crumbs all over the floor, sheets never changed, towels never changed, nothing replaced including towels, tea, water, toilet paper. No wander everyone in our group got sick as soon as we stayed one night, I doubt they changed the sheets in our rooms when we arrived, so we were sleeping in the same sheets as the last guests. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in my room, which was suffocating. 3 - Breakfast, old reused food, nothing fresh to eat no fruit, pastries were stale, we ended up just having tea and getting our own food from outside. The one day there was a chef making omelette he was complaining about it. 4 - If you are white you will get treated right. I witnessed a member of our group being spoken to and looked after by the manager who also insisted her write a good review on Trip Advisor, anyone else you are treated like dirt on the floor. I asked to speak to the hotel manager several times, but was told there 'wasn't one'. 5 - Double bedroom so tiny you can barely walk let alone open your suitcase or pray etc. when we tried to move room the Arabs at the reception told us speak to the agent, who kept telling us the next day they would look, and 3 days past and they still hadn't done anything, they said there were no rooms despite the fact they moved several of our group to new rooms and people were checking out every day. They kept giving us the same line that our room was a 'VIP Room' like we're fools! I got so frustrated and in the end had to tell them to stop lying to me and if they don't do anything we are checking out. He then showed us several rooms which were exactly the same as our current one, until finally he showed us a room with a few inches more space and then said we had to pay extra for an extra bed and the view, NOTE: people in families of 4 in our group were getting 2 rooms with 6 & 8 beds with no extra charge so asking extra was totally out of order, in the whole process they were so rude and arrogant. The Arabs at reception are useless, manager nowhere to be seen (unless your white and privileged) and the agents don't give a damn unless you really kick up a fuss for days on end and tell them they are lying to there face! 6 - The workers don't speak a word of English so you cant communicate with them, they just sit around in the corridors, someone asked for new sheets in the room and a

IF YOU ARE FEMALE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!. NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN AS THEY JUST LET RANDOM MEN HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ROOM AND THE STAFF SAY THIS IS OK AS HE IS AN AGENT. As this happend to both myself on the first night of my stay and then happend to my mother when she was in the room all by herself. She then had to force the door closed. We told the staff and he said dont complain as you have paid less than other people. The staff are all rude and fully ******. When it came to talking to asians(Pakistani) they treat you as if you are dumb, illiterate and a second class citizen. But if you are arab or white they give you the most respect known to man. They have one of the most absurd policies when it comes to giving toilet paper as you are only allowed one role. If you finish it. It sounds like a you problem. Housekeeping come almost every hour but do no work unless they are given a tip in advance, otherwise they hang around outside your room for a few minutes and leave after saying they cant give you anything/clean anything even though its standard housekeeping. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Never coming back.
