預訂時的照片跟實際房間嚴重不符。（攜程照片有開放廚房，有沙發，空間開闊）
入住後感覺被欺騙了，房間很小，沒有廚房沒有沙發，床衹有0.8米寬，然後居然要1250元一晚。
訂的是雙床房，入住時卻是大床房，等了一個小時後才過來拆分成兩床房。
洗澡的時候淋雨頭居然掉下來了，這對千元以上的房間來看很不可思議。

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at and I am an avid traveler. I was celebrating my birthday and from the beginning when I checked in Andres was so nice and pleasant. He took our bags up and gave me recommendations of things to do. The food was delicious, the pool was beautiful and the roof top bar was incredible. The area felt safe and was located in a perfect location that allowed me to move around in Uber's easily. The view was breathtaking from both our room and from the roof top pool/bar. All of the staff made us feel at home and were all so polite and courteous. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Edison was so nice and on our last day he held our bags after we checked out because our flight was late at night and we still wanted to explore the city with no luggage. I enjoyed my time at this hotel and will defiantly stay again! If you are looking for a hotel in the area I highly recommend the York Luxury Suites Medellin!

Room was everything! Even better in person! staff was nice. Can Uber to everything that wa literally 7-8 mins away from all local tourist spots.

The location is perfect, staff is bilingual and friendly/helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I'll definitely choose here whenever i visit medellin again.

Beautiful hotel but majority of the staffs are not that friendly or make you feel welcome at all. For a high rating VIP access hotel, you would think that they would treat your VIP guests with some respect but not in this case. I feel that things could have gone better but I was highly disappointed on my stay. As bad as it sounds but I don’t think I would come back again. I do rather stay elsewhere in El Poblado.

The views from York are unbeatable! There’s a plaza near by with some great food and shopping options. It was a little farther from the main like downtown area but it was a 15 minute Uber to Provenza and the Ubers were cheap!
