The Mega Penthouse is located at one of most safest and relaxed area-Laureles, Medellin, it’s only 2 blocks from Calle 33- the 2nd or 3rd busiest bar and cafe area of Medellin. There are many more modern restaurants and cafe's just a 7 minute walk to the Avenida Nutibara area. Carrera 70 bars and cafes is only a 13 minutes walk from our location and Park Lleras a USD $4 taxi ride away. 11 minutes walk to famous University Pontificia Bolivariana(UPB) and the big shopping mall-Unicentro. Large supermarket located less than 300 meters away. It’s on major bus routes and Estadio metro station and sporting complex (12 swimming pools and stadium) is 20 mins walk or you can catch the Metro bus there for around .75 US cents. All these facilities nearby but, rest easy, as your nights sleep will be quiet and peaceful.

Very noteworthy is the beautiful breeze that makes it's way through the many open areas of the apartment keeping the temperature just about perfect at all hours (Medellin is known as "the city of eternal spring" and so A/C isn't something you need to worry about with spring like temperatures all year round). No smoking (permitted in balconies)
