Room is small but enough for 1 people, no refrigerator in the room but you can use hotel’s refrigerator via lobby staff. The food is good with indonesian style.
Hotel staff is nice and polite.

First of all
Staff are really kind and well trained
Food is good
Key to enhance will be
1. Maintenance (overall hotel room is really old, need refurbishment)
2. Pest control (a lot of ants in room)
3. Electric appliances also need to change, for instance my hairdryer is extreme old and loosen

Staff are very friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Food is great. Facilities are good. Breakfast selection is good. We have western, Indonesian food. Service is fast. Internet speed is also good.

But… the room small… TV small… with 2 of our luggage… hardly to move around in room… the room really for sleep not for relax…

Central Location. Breakfast is great and full of variety. Room is clean and decently modern. The biggest letdown is the soundproofing of the room. You can hear road noise even when your room is not facing the road, as well as noise from next door neighbors. Gym needs to have heavier weights (only 10kg). Pool was small and always packed.
