We celebrated our 30th anniversary this past weekend. Fantastic place - great staff, amazing atmosphere, challenging golf and fun time! Karen C in the Spa was especially personable and skilled! The Lodge was particularly nice and the common areas were fun — adjacent to both the pub and fine dining. The staff made our celebration memorable!

Primland is BEAUTIFUL and the junior suit is amazing. I highly recommend. The restaurant and pub are wonderful. The hot ticket is to pay $30 and take a golf cart out with coffee in the morning. I don't think they advertise that but it was the highlight for me. Must be willing to get up and go early before the first Tee time.

We have visited many properties, but few have left a lasting impression like Primland. To us this was not just a resort to check off the list; it was an experience worth savoring and returning to. The golf course is exceptional! While the weather wasn't the best during our stay we still played a round and half and had a great time! My wife and I stayed in The Pinnacle cottage and it was superb. It is pretty awesome to wake up with a cup of coffee and stand in front of large windows overlooking miles of the blue ridge mountains... It was amazing - nothing like it! We enjoyed meeting Sara at check-in, she was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for our stay - made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Primland's website does a great job of showcasing everything they have but nothing beats actually driving in and experiencing it for yourself! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return!

One of the great Mountain Weekends ever! We did an exploratory trip to PRIMLAND in Southwestern Virginia. My wife and I take an Annual Mountain Weekend trip in the Fall 24. We experienced the great and magnificent resort, PRIMLAND. This was a "we'll go back again soon" type of place. The staff, accommodations, service and all other aspects of our stay were 1st class in every way! We loved the Planetarium experience. We loved Golf and the Spa. We really loved the Outdoor Adventure Center, where we Pheasant Hunting and an RTV tour through the mountains. Loved it!

The treehouse was a one of a kind experience. From arrival on property to check out the service, food, and experiences were incredible. The treehouse had an amazing view of a completely undisturbed mountain. Please also do the stargazing. It was an excellent experience with very knowledgeable staff.

Primland Resort was an exceptional retreat for my husband and I. Visiting during the fall was by far the best time of year to go. To top it off, we stayed in the Golden Eagle Tree House which has amazing views of the property. The 18 hole golf course was one of the most stunning courses I've ever played. The hiking trails, the spa, the dining, the observatory, all suburb.

The golf course was amazing. I hope to come back and play again some day. The greens are massive and fast. The elevation changes just add to the beauty of this course. Don't get off the fairway though... Between the leaves, the thick rough and the drop offs you won't find your ball. Primland is a beautiful property!

Everything about this resort was top notch. The service was great, the food was great, the experiences were amazing. The highlights of the trip were going to the observatory at night for stargazing and seeing the comet, as well as fly fishing on the resorts private waters.

The overall experience was exceptional. The staff, lodging, activities and environment were all better than could be expected. The staff was very personal and made sure all needs and desires were recognized and met. Highly recommended and would love to have a return visit.
