Disappointing. Upon check in, I was told there was an “issue” with the payment I had made to book and pay for the room. I said there can’t be as I have an electronic receipt and an email confirming my payment and stay. I don’t know what that was about but when I asked what time the pool was open till, I was told the pool hasn’t been in operation for years. I told front desk person that information should be updated on the website and other sites as the pool is advertised as an emenity. If there’s no pool access, it shouldn’t be advertised as there being a pool.
