Loved the cleanliness of the facility. Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were amazing:)

The room was very clean and well appointed. No deferred Maintenace. The breakfast buffet was disappointing but adequate. Food was luke warm and not very tasty. They offer a 24 hour coffee service that is a very nice amenity. Very good location near everything McAllen has to offer. Plenty of parking and an attractive building.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Only had issues with the plumbing. Bathroom had trouble flushing every other time because the tank wouldn't fill and the shower was either cold water or burning hot water. For some reason the water didn't mix.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, great location and there is spacious laundry facilities. They forgot housekeeping one day, but not a big deal. The facility was clean and employees were hospitable.

I enjoyed my stay there although I was curious as to why they didn't put a coffee maker in my room. They seemed to think that people would want to come down to the lobby for a cup, which didn't make much sense. The staff did provide me with a coffee maker when I asked for one, which was very much appreciated.

The hot cake machine takes longer than 1 minute to do the pancakes, and the waiting time with the line takes too long.
