Очень приятный чистый стильный отель, расположение идеальное, особенно если вам нужно на автовокзал. Понравилось практически все. Видно что к управлению отелем подходят с любовью и огромным вниманием.
Из минусов, то что при выселении вместо того чтобы вернуть депозит 25$, наоборот, вычли дополнительно 65$. После письма в службу поддержки исправили, но все равно осадочек остался.

The property is very dated. Fixtures are rusted. Tubs have rings around them. A pipe had burst, leaving us without water for 5 plus hours. Linen was dingy. Hotel did not smell fresh.

We are from the lower valley & our daughter had a Dr. appoin**ent early the next morning and this stay was so close and made it so easy to get where we needed to be. The building its self is beautiful and very well kept. We will definitely be back for any future stays in the area.

I asked the staff for help with the refund of the deposit that has been unrefunded for a month and they didn't do anything to help me or seemed to care.

The hotel was wonderful, and satisfied all of our needs for our stay. The front dest was having some technical issues, but the hostess was able to accommodate us, without too much interference. The self-closing doors needed their hydrolics checked, and the room AC condensation dripped from the vent, but there was nothing insufferable, and what few inconveniences were handled well.

Beautiful hotel. We wished we had more time to spend around the hotel to enjoy the beautiful place. The rooms did seem dated but we did get more of the basic room. We want to go back and look around.
