Regresé a este hotel para una segunda visita, el servicio fue excelente, el staff amigable y amable. No probé el desayuno pero se veía muy bueno, tiene alberca

We like this hotel and its convenience to shops and restaurants and entertainment…the bed was a little too hard to our liking

Great location. Didn't like the noise at night caused by the other guests who seemed to be all underage staying in the hotel just to spend the day in the pool and going out at night.

Wasn’t too clean and room was very small, staff were great though

when I saw the photos on the ******* app, they look great and is the reason why I considered this hotel in the first place. The place looks clean and modern. The reviews seem promising as well. But none of that is true! Do not let the positive reviews nor pics fool you! Once you arrive the parking is limited and tight. The elevator is small, dirty and takes forever to get to you. Once getting to your room, it seems ok. Until you’re ready to go into bed. The sheets were disgusting. There was a big light brown stain on the bed (I don’t want to know what it was) it kinda of resembled a grease stain or something. There was little hairs at the bottom of the sheets with some sand. We went downstairs to the lobby to inform the clerk. When we approach him he is on his phone and looks annoyed already as if we interrupted him. We proceed to tell him about the sheets and he just says oh so you just need clean sheets? We answer yes and ask him if he can check them out and if he can send someone to change them. He was quick to say “oh no that’s not necessary, just leave the sheets next to your bathroom door” we are in stunned by his response. We go back upstairs with the clean sheets he gave us but my father was not content with the services so he goes downstairs and explains how disgusting the sheets were. They both come upstairs and he finally takes a look at the sheets and agrees on how grotesque the sheets are. He switched us to a different room but even that room was not that clean.

Price was good, room was small

Really liked the surrounding area. Eating places were excellent and close to hotel. Staff very nice. Lots of attractions within walking distance.

Awful hotel! Left with several bed bug bites. Remote for TV didn't work. No ice. No kleenex in bathroom. Faucet in bathroom was loose and the counter top by the faucet was cracked. Electrical outlet was underneath the desk--who does that? plus no electrical outlet covers. Had to crawl under the desk to plug in our laptop. TV screen was about the size of my laptop screen. No desk light. Hallway window was left open with no screen the entire time we were there. Elevator was small and very slow. Not enough parking spots. A lot of the parking spots were consumed with storage and there was a huge hole in the floor that a car tire could have fell into. Quite unfortunate as all of the staff were wonderful.

It's location for the price paid was great!! Rhe view from my 3rd floor room towards the resort area was awesome! The hotel is still being updated and expanded. There being one elevator and small size wasn't appealing. However, their free breakfast and pool were nice! This hotel has a lot of potential when the updates are completed. I can't wait to stay there again.
