非常糟糕的體驗，酒店裝修沒有完全完成，但設施説實話還可以。接機服務非常差勁，到達時已經晚上10點多了，給酒店打了四五次電話才有人接聽，答應安排車輛，等了20分鐘沒有車子來，又打了兩次電話才有人接聽，從第一次答應安排車輛45分鐘後酒店車才到。堪薩斯城降温，大概就是攝氏兩度，三度左右，被凍了45分鐘才上了酒店車，中間想搭出租，短途司機沒人願意跑。

窗户隔音效果很差，房間層高很低，房間也不大，整個酒店看起來很擁擠。周邊餐飲店少而且價格貴！

Most of the staff was friendly, rooms were clean. However, we were in the room over the front sliding doors and we could feel them and hear them opening and closing CONSTANTLY the entire day and night. I called and was told it was them working and it would stop soon but it was all night. Didn’t sleep much.

Room was fine. Had some neighboring room that was super loud around midnight. One call to the front desk and they resolved it. Seems like the walls are super thin! I could hear a lot! Other than that it was good!

All advertised info says they have a shuttle, but even the hotel couldn't give me clear directions that they were sending a Lyft and where to meet it. Cluster!
