Overall, it is a very good hotel. The suite has 2 single beds and 1 double bed. It is no problem for a family of four, and there is no additional charge for 2 children under 16 years old in this room type, including breakfast, but breakfast is not included. It's too suitable for East Asian tastes. Dinner is a little better, just a little bit. We lost a child's schoolbag at the airport in Mauritius, and there were valuables inside. We thought we couldn't find it, but the Intercontinental front desk guy helped us contact the airport police station, and the schoolbag was recovered, which was very NICE. It was a bit unpleasant to check out later. More than a thousand euros were deducted from me. After negotiation, it was refunded to my account after returning to China. Overall, it was perfect. Ctrip officials were also very helpful!

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. The surrounding area of the hotel is really desolate, it is farmland, but it is because of this, the hotel is very quiet, not noisy, I like it very much, the suite is really big, my husband and I are super satisfied, only stayed for three nights and felt that it was still unfinished. We spent two nights on an all-inclusive package in this hotel(9th to 11th november) and we started to regret it on the very first day itself. -choice of food on the buffet is below average, plus doesnt taste delicious at all. Both nights we had more or less same options. One of us got sick from the very first few bites at dinner and me the next day, i wasted whole day on bed being sick from the food just after breakfast. Also, In the name of fruits was almost nothing except pineapple and some grapes. -during our first dinner we ordered 4 red wines(we were 4pax) and when it was half over we asked for a waiter for a champagne flute for each of us and the maitre d’hotel Mr Rikesh? very rudely told us “there is still wine in your glasses, we wont give you another drink until its over and no matter which waiter you will request it will still come under me to approve” So what was the point of paying an all inclusive? We are not teenagers who would request drink just to leave it on the table or pour it in the grass Moreover since one of us was sick we requested if we could order to get food delivered to her room, Mr Rikesh Said it would be around 900rs, would you pay? Like seriously? We booked the hotel for 2 nights costing more than 40K and we wouldnt afford to pay for 900rupees? The way he asked was disrespectful. Aniways we eventually ordered with Avinum who very kindly took the order and got it delivered to the room. - at 3 different instances during our first day we requested for an ashtray it never came. When we asked the bar supervisor Mr Adesh for one and that from 2pm until 9pm we requested already 3 times it never comes. He said we cannot do anything about it as we have 4 ashtrays that are all being used at the moment. I asked for the guests occupancy of the hotel atm he said around 280pax So in a 4star hotel there is 4 ashtrays for 280pax? The only good thing about this hotel is its cleanliness . Housekeeping team is amazing and every time we requested for iron or scissors they quickly asisted. The only 2 great staff person that we met there was akilesh(bar waiter) and avinum(restaurant server) who tried to cheer us up with their good sense of service. Last but not the least we would like to thank Kavishek-Restaurant Manager he is the BEST there. The moment he got to know about our complains he approached us personally to inquire and went above and beyond to try to fix the issues and tried to make our stay better. We really appreciate that. However, fact remains this hotel is not value for money in terms of food, drink policy(even on all inclusive and taste), amenities and they really need to consider to train their staff especially those who call themselves “maitre d’hotel” but have “zero maitrise”! Never booking with them again.

This is a hotel where you can meet Chinese tourists, but there are very few Chinese people.
