Veranda Paul et Virginie Hotel and Spa, 4 Star

We stayed at the Hotel Veranda Paul and Virginie for 10 days as a couple. The establishment is incredible! The staff is attentive, listening to our needs and desires. The food is amazing. Each buffet is presented with fresh products and renewed every day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day, even refreshed at the end of the day if you wish! The hotel offers a large number of different activities and services! We will recommend this establishment with our eyes closed and will come back without hesitation! See you soon

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location would be my first response. The journey from the airport of just over an hour is nothing to write home about, but then very few are. But once you arrive at the hotel the design and layout will leave you standing open mouthed in awe. Our room was fabulous (block 4 first floor) and had a million dollar view, however the bathroom could have done with a bit of a refurb, but nevertheless everything worked. There are several dogs around the grounds and private beach; friendly, I hasten to add, but they tended to bark during the night, which may be an issue for some folk. However, some were rounded up by a charity during our stay but others will soon arrive to fill vacant territory. A problem we find worldwide. The management and staff were polite and very helpful; in particular Brigette and Pratesh and nothing was any trouble. We opted for all inclusive, but that was a bit misleading as some of the meals and cocktails were chargeable, as was the catamaran trip, often included in other world destinations. Additionally, the peanuts and pringles in the room were not complimentary, which is a little petty in my book. Meals were very good with a lot of choice and the red and white wine were well selected. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to Grande Baie if you need a break from the splendour of the hotel grounds, but with hindsight, I wouldn't have been sorry to have missed it as it's much like any other busy town in Asia, but that's only my opinion. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone, as we thoroughly enjoyed our 14 night stay. Thank you Veranda Paul et Virginie for a memorable experience.

Beautiful location, lovely staff and a great stay, All inclusive could have been a bit more 'all' just be careful what you order If busy be quick with the sun beds but that's the same where ever you go But had a great stay and would return but so much more of the world to see

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, the food was consistently good and the staff friendly and attentive. We stayed in a superior room and the room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would expect including a mini bar that was restocked everyday. The view from our room was stunning. We had some requests outside of the normal hotel activities and the hotel made a plan to accommodate us. I would definitely be back to this beautiful hotel and highly recommend staying here.

This is a lovely resort with a very nice setting and beautiful views. The staff were friendly and efficient and the facilities attractive, clean and well-kept. The food was divine with an excellent choice of dishes every day. I particularly enjoyed watching the antics of the well-behaved stray dogs who seemed to have 'adopted' the hotel. As an animal lover it was good to see the care some of the staff members demonstrated towards the dogs.
