The property is fine and the people at the hotel are fine. The coordination or business procedures between ******* and the hotel were sadly lacking! We had made our reservations through ******* and had prepaid. We had documentation from ******* that we were fully paid, but they had no idea about our transaction. They did their best to deal with it, and luckily they had rooms available. If they had been full of other guests, we would have been in sorry shape, scrambling to find other accommodations despite having the proof that we had already paid for their room in full. Better get this fixed!
