Very nice staff behaviour with good accommodation. Room was clean and well ventilated. Water supply was assured

The rooms were smelling and the mattress was like i was sleeping on a table. The water bottle which they provided me was like the water was filled again in the same bottle. Worst hotel in whole mathura i can say. Overall, i'll be giving 2 ratings only.

Hotel wasn’t upto mark as per payment basis. There was no hygiene maintained. Washroom was horrible plus towel given wasn’t possible to be used.

Tiny room smelly room dirty room handles were broken on the wardrobe water was dripping from the ac bathroom was dirty quite close to krishna janambhoomi though just 5 minutes walk

Room was tiny and in terrible condition. Flush shower not working, dirty bedsheet and pillow covers.

Room was good but power problem is there. Neat and staff were good. Very near to srikrishna janmastami temple.

Strengths of the hotel: -No scarcity of water for bath (24 hrs available) despite too hot weather at Mathura. -Provision of free filtered RO water. -Provision of cool Bislery water(chargeble @₹ 20)room service. -Close to Krishna Jambhumy and situated in Market area. -Mr.Prem choudhary(Admin-Front desk staff)very good ,down to earth cooperative staff (24 x 7 available) . -Looks like a new construction. -Internal Renovated Rooms. -Provision of natural light i.e access (sunlight) to all rooms. -Reasonable rate. -Provision of power backup (battery back up followed by tradional generator). Area of improvement: -Repair require to TV system a few non functional electrical switches. -Shower head required at room no 103. - installation of fosset suggested to western toilet. - Stay alert for monkeys specially while waking at this street while in morning. - Close to railway track (Bhuteshwar) so loud noise keeps on coming (24 x 7) in the room. -Scarcity of AC enabled rooms. -Low level near to flyover,there is possibility of water getting accomodated in the street. - Dust bin is not kept in the room slight inconvenient.

Very rude behaviour by the recipient staff present there checked in late night in the hotel there was no another option
