The Riverston Grand

Special appreciation of the multi talented staff of this establishment that took care of all our need while our two night stay!

We had one of the most wonderful experiences at the 360 view suite. We booked 2 double rooms and the 180 view room. But the staff generously upgraded us to the 360 suite. The view from the suite is amazing and can challenge the best of experiences you have had. The staff was amazing and helped us throughout the stay. The hotel is conveniently located just 1km from the riverston tower and could easily walk there. All in all I would highly recommend the place for anyone visiting riverston.

This is the best resort at riverston with respect to the view, comfort, service levels and meals. The resort is well maintained and ambiance is really calming. The sky suite 2 is the best suite accompanied by a rooftop with benches. The area gets many different climate changes in a short time frame starting from mist, rain, clouds and sun. Whole. Milkeyway is visible at night We got arranged a vehicle to travel around to nearby waterfalls, hills and rivers since the area is full of diversity. You shall spend at least 2 full days to discover the area in full and then this resort can make you stay for a longer holiday since the suites are very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for a longer stay. The staff is very attentive and supportive. The meals are good, but verity can be improved. Service levels are great. Suite is best in class.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this superb hotel,with incredible views in a very tranquil and serene setting. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was also excellent & I highly recommended this hotel. We shall be back for a longer stay on the future.

We stayed at Riverston Grand from the 5th-7th November 2022. I have to say this was by far one of the best places I have been to in Sri Lanka. We are a tour company and came to see the place for ourselves so we can reccomend to our foreign guests. From the check in time itself, the Manager Waruna and staff were there to welcome us, and our rooms was fantastic. We stayed at the Green View Suite which had enough room for our group of 5, and was clean, spacious and very nice. The food is by far some of the best weve had in a long time. Large portions, amazing food, and always gives us a good choice for the menu. The staff were so caring, kind and attentive. The location is perfect for nature tours, being the closest to the Riveston trek and so much bio diversity even in the property. The views are fantastic as well I would reccomend Riverston Grand to anyone visiting this part of Sri Lanka. Thank you Waruna and team for makin our stay memorable. Already miss the place

I stayed from 05th to 07th of November (Last weekend), it was one of the best places I've stayed, went with our office team & from the start to the end they looked after us. The Food was godly Hats off to the Chefs, Definitely try there Sri Lankan food options. Waruna the manager & the rest of the staff made us feel like it was home. the rooms are super clean. the view is AMAZING. it was sad to leave the place. the entire staff was super friendly & hands on. whoever is running this place has definitely chosen the right staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wished to visit Riverston.

The Riverston Grand is a well maintained, clean awesome place to relax and unwind. The gorgeous views from the rooms are breath taking. I recommend the Grand Suite if you want to experience the beautiful scenery. The freshly baked buns and bread and the delicious food by the talented chefs are just divine. The Riverston Grand, Rattota is superb place to visit which will bring lifetime memories with panoramic view surrounding mountains. Classy climate for relaxation. The view point in the hotel is beyond expectations. Food is very tasty. The staff is very cooperative. Hotel is well maintained. The Manager Mr.Waruna, Sugath and other staff are very nice. This has access to various places of visit. Highly recommended to visit as you will have five star experience.

Riverstone Grand is a great venue for an amazing escape to the Knuckles Mountain range from our day to day busy lives. The view from the bungalow is simply an art!. Food, amenities and the staff are magnificent. There are many other places you can visit nearby - Riverstone Tower, Manigala, Pitawala Pathana etc. If you love nature and beautiful sceneries you shouldn't definitely miss this place.
