Não é um hotel digno “resort 4 estrelas”! Instalações arcaicas, elevador na recepção que não funcionava, pisos antigos em todo hotel, nas suítes não há chuveirinho ou bidê no banheiro, chuveiro com pouca água, camas com colchão desconfortável, com molas antigas. Academia péssima, sem nenhum espaço ou acessórios para a prática de qualquer tipo de ginástica e ou musculação. Entretenimento horrível, principalmente para casais. Buffet com pouca variedade, principalmente sobremesas e vinhos. E o que mais nos surpreendeu negativamente foi que o hotel tem um anexo mais atualizado onde não está permitido fazer uso nem da piscina assim como academia ( que também é péssima, diga-se de passagem), fazendo com que nos sentíssemos discriminados, como clientes de segunda classe. Diante de tudo isso, o custo benefício não compensa, pois com um pouco mais estaríamos num hotel realmente digno de 4 estrelas! Nos sentimos extremamente desconfortáveis! A única coisa positiva foi que os funcionários principalmente do restaurante foram educados e simpáticos, salvo os do hotel anexo que foram bem desagradáveis.

É um hotel que corresponde às estrelas que tem, no entanto não fica perto de nada e temos sempre que fazer uma grande caminhada para chegar a qualquer local. O hotel tem uma entrada que passa quase despercebida, mas depois de entrar corresponde a tudo o que vendem. Os bungalows são excelentes e o hotel teve em atenção a alguns pedidos que fiz. A nível de comida era bastante farta e com variedade, mas ao fim de alguns dias começava a ser repetitiva, apesar dos jantares serem noites temáticas. Apesar de não ser uma necessidade extrema, salvaguardei que o hotel tinha elevador. Sim, o hotel tem elevador, mas esteve sempre avariado na semana que lá estive de férias. Nunca funcionou. Outro ponto a ter em atenção é a reserva das espreguiçadeira junto às piscinas. Segundo o hotel não existem reservas para esta situação, mas o que se pode dizer de seis toalhas colocadas em espreguiçadeira a tarde toda sem ninguém lá. Eu vi esta situação e nada foi feito pelo hotel. Lá ao fim da tarde apareceram os donos das toalhas. Relativamente à animação do hotel, este será sem dúvida alguma, o ponto mais negativo das minhas férias. Uns dos grupos de animação é completamente dedicado a uma agência turística, o quais olhavam para a cor da nosso pulseira e desprezavam (foi um pouco mau). Relativamente ao outro grupo de animação não tenho o que dizer, pois nunca vi qualquer atividade realizada. O hotel é bom, mas não ficaria novamente, tendo como atenção à distância dos locais de animação e ao desprezo de um grupo de animação.

This is around the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel and we have just had another lovely 2 weeks here. The hotel itself is in attractive grounds with lots of flowers, pools, and palm trees, and the rooms are basic and clean. The restaurant is busy but well organised and the staff are always working very hard to get people seated, and tables cleaned quickly. Food is a standard all inclusive affair which is the norm for most hotels in this part of the world. There is a bar in the entertainment area and also an outside bar. Both are great and again the staff are friendly and efficient. The only unusual aspect of the holiday was the goings on around the 'quiet' pool. The lifeguard would interact with the guests (and children) a lot more than the other lifeguards and angered a lot of people during our stay. He wouldn't let people sit at the edge of the pool if they were holding a drink in a plastic cup for example, and would spend his days telling guests that a variety of things were "not possible". This resulted in a number of confrontations and we also heard one couple say "this is our first and last time here". Everyone watched the goings on when he was on shift, as opposed to the other lifeguards who would sit quietly and observe the pool for drowning people. Overall it was a great 2 weeks and the easiest solution to the lifeguard issue is to sit at one of the other pools instead. Unless you enjoy a bit of drama to liven up your day! We would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with hard working staff who strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Shout out to Rashid in the main restaurant and Margot in the main bar, who always had everything under control :)

we absolutely loved our stay. i was worried there wouldn’t be much for our older children (13,14 & 17) to do but the animation team are fantastic and cater to all ages. they were busy most of the time and we often joined in too. the food was great - plenty of choice and a different theme each night. one night we booked to eat our evening meal at the pool bar restaurant and it was amazing - i highly recommend it. we only found out about it by chance though! All the staff were amazing and so accommodating. They went out of their way to include everyone. special shout outs to Davide (animation team) and Luis (pool bar)! cleanliness was also excellent. our room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. Thank you so much for an amazing week x

It was the first time at this hotel and definitely the last would not recommend to anyone what we saved on all inclusive we spent on food for the kids outside because they didn’t want pizza or pasta every day also nothing for them to do no shops for shopping so cost us a fortune in taxis

Currently here now after being moved by TUI from an awful hotel. We have a pool view aparment of the quiter pool & its so pretty & picturesque. The rooms are lovely, spacious & well equipt. Cleaners are in every day. Reception staff are very friendly. The snack pool bar seems more then fine although average similar food daily. There is a chef there though that seems to have a bit of an attitude. The main restaurant buffet is ok! Not always the best dishes but always something for everyone. Entertainment is good for the children & the location isnt far from the beach. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you too & from free of charge. So far i would definately come back here. Just sad we werent here for our first week & were in a infested hotel.

First impression was good the reception team Mitchell and Lisa where amazing nothing too much trouble., nice clean bright reception area, we where given a room but we decided to upgrade to a pool side bungalow , was well worth paying the extra, we where near the quiet pool, although not totally quiet with children, would be nice if they made a children's pool where they have the kiddies football area, and utilize that area better. The bungalow was clean and spacious, cleaned every day , air conditioning worked, nice patio area, there is a towel hire for beach towels so no need to pack one. Food was good , and varied, the sweets are basically the same every night. You can book al a carte one night a week , I personally wouldn't bother, they serve basically what's in the buffet restaurant, and it wasn't that good , I had ribs and they had no bones just gristle! There is always plenty of sunbeds, and you cannot reserve, unless your bum is sat on it . Entertainment is not great, they do try and you will be ok if your french!! They do the acts on the floor and not the stage so if you sit at the back you've no chance of seeing what's going on, we only stayed once or twice ,,would have been nice to have seen some of the animation team come round the quiet pool and ask if we wanted to join in anything but never saw them. The beach is about 20 mins walk away or there's a bus that takes you there for free a plus ... Town is small but lovely , taxis are about 5 euro if you miss the bus back. All in all a good clean friendly place to stay .
