Quest Mascot

A perfect location when arriving into Terminal 2 or 3. To get to/from T3 there's a FREE shuttle bus from outside the terminal buildings. Room was well equipped and had everything you'd need for a night or two. Room was spacious and very clean.

Pleasent stay with all in-room amenaties required like basic plus woven, cutleries etc. Only downside is a limited room service but it could be covered by wonderful front desk officers, they try to accomodate what you request even though that one not in your booking. Super clean and tidy room. 24/7 lift operational. Location is 1km. walk from the Mascot station, 4min. walk from nearest bus stop (bus # 350) and 1.2 km. walk from Domestic T2 airport. Overall, i will definitely stay here again and would recommend others to consider Quest Mascot for a quite stay that only 7 km. away from hustling Sydney CBD.

Loved it. Place is clean, and receptionist are sweet. Near to where I'll be dancing in next few days. And it's near the airport. So very good.

The environment and hygiene are pretty good. The cost matches the quality and facilities. Laudry and dryer machines are located in the ground floor, though a bit inconvenient, but in general I would recommend it.  In terms of transportation  accessibility, it takes 10mins walk to railway station, but you also can get there by bus.

The receptionists were friendly, though their instructions varied from person to person, which got a little confusing. The room was clean and comfortable, but housekeeping isn’t daily—something to note if you’re staying longer.

Location: Close to the airport, 14mins walk from the domestic flight terminal PiPick-up and drop-off service: Yes, but it costs AUD 12 per trip and needs to be booked in advance. Amenities: No toothbrush and slippers, But there is a small bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator, I don't know if it is charged, and I haven't used it. Room: The sheets are clean, the pillowcases are clean, and there is no smell. The bed was high off the ground, so I slept better (even though I only slept for almost 4 hours). Food: There is no breakfast available. There is a vending machine on the 1st floor. There is an old coffee shop across from the Holiday Inn（opposite quest）, which is open from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Great location great service. Clean and safe. There are kitchen utensils in room. And also washing machine room at downstairs.

No onsite restaurant. Room phone and TV does not function. Room was clean and comfy. Shower pressure was low. Location is good.

Quest Mascot hotel is the one I like to live here because the reception staffs were / are polite & helpful during the last years! Please convert my thanks to Quest Mascot, and I am happy to choose here again next time travel to Sdyney! By the way, not sure WHY the Quest’s WiFi did not work well during my accommodation since 3 Jan. 2026, could you please check with The Property? The issues are: 1. The green button brighten but it is not network connection; 2. The Google became white & black suddenly not coloured; 3. Australia ATO suddenly errors occurred & jumping screen out to warn; 4. Networks warned “privacy warning” many times; 5. As a Quest client, I should available to use hotel WiFi freely but unfortunately the WiFi jumped on & off almost every 5 minutes and most of time during last 3 weeks living here the WiFi in the room can not be accessed ! 6. The WiFi issues because always happened while Website & YouTube surfing for example Google or emails or WeChat, so you never know whether the issues will affect other resources or not ( yesterday last night Australia NAB banks APP suddenly showed ERROR warning) & Stamford Plaza Sdyney Mascot can not be found from OUTLOOK email without “sign-in” option and another email just be sent out before “found 0 contacts”!
