Our sheets were dirty and when we called the front desk for new sheets, they just gave us sheets and made us change our own. I usually wouldn’t mind, but I had a 7 week old baby that was crying and I was trying to put down and with my hands full this was a big inconvenience when it should’ve been done to begin with. The breakfast was bare, but okay for a quick grab out the door.

Bed was great size, ac system was little weird wouldn’t stay on kept turning off. Breakfast was very slim at 7 am Slept decent er though the bed was on hard side, had the donor disturbed signed on the doors d housekeeping still came in my to do towels and make the bed. But it overall decent place would stay again

The King bed is hard. My husband loved it but I ended up sleeping on my back with my knees supported by two pillows. A very rough night.

The property is old and outdated. Have tried to renovate but sadly all the wrong things. I actually stayed here before and not terrible. Mold was all over the vent in bathroom. Blood looking substance on shower curtain. The room was so smelly my throat started hurting immediately. Just not good.

As soon as we walked in the door, we saw a roach crawling on the floor. When we went to the front desk, the receptionist was very understanding when we told her that we couldn't stay there. However, when ******* notified us and said that the manager refused to refund our stay, even though we did not even sit down in the room. I have requested for ******* to attempt to notify them again before filing further complaints.
