We stayed for 3 nights from 17 to 20 June. Stay was excellent. The location was very close to the Devka beach. The room, 403, allotted to us was extra large and had a nice sea view. Food was good and we enjoyed vegetables platter the most. The breakfast spread was also nice however they could have added a few more options. The response from the housekeeping via telephone, and overall services were very prompt. Jus one minor issue was with the toilet seat. Our special thanks to Sh. UMANG, from FRONT OFFICE, who took extra steps to make our stay pleasent. Dr Rajeev Vij

Horrible Horrible experience The staff is rude and mannerless Please visit the resort only to ruin your vacation. Mr Umang Desai and his manager are incredibly unprofessional in their approach towards the guest. Went there for a relaxation trip instead returned home with a headache.

breakfast arrangements were best staff was superb & service was best enjoyed taste of food chef Ajay was available always some restaurant staff like female waitresses were so kind & generous liquor not available in hotel nothing in mini bar in room rooms were satisfactory entrance ambience was best reception okay

Notice posted no lifeguard at pool. Life guard is basic requirement for operation of any pool. How can safety of life be compromised at any place. I have lost my child last year due to same reason no lifeguard at pool. All other reviews go for a toss when life is compromised and staff is arrogant.

This is my worst experience in a resort. I mean this a resort and a 5-star resort. Coming to the point, the staff does not even have manners to talk.no respect at all. I did not even stop talking and he walked away with a rude answer, what is with the attitude. The washrooms do not even have a proper hygiene. There neither is hand wash liquid nor body wash. There are very dirty spots on the toilet set, which are not coming off. It’s disgusting.there are bath products. Are we paying money for this. This resort does not even deserve a 1- star it deserves a negative marking. Really a very bad experience. This not even a 5 star resort. It does not deserve 5 star. I would like to tell u that, Change your attitude, and atleast try to be better.

Nice hotel with great location. Specially would like to mention about restaurant excellent food 😋 and well trained staffs. Rooms were neat and clean We got pools side rooms so views was very pleasant. Pool and garden area was neat and clean

Indeed the Resort is just situated very much oppsite to the Arabian sea.Me and my wife had good moments and memories. Food was exotic and poket soothing as per the standards so was the Indian Masala tea which we daily use to have. The aerial view facing the sea had a serene view. Worth the stay out .

We had a very wonderful stay. Ranjeet, the manager is very cooperative and helpful. The staff, quality and tasty food, best location of property, cleanliness with one of the best swimming pool, best well maintained eye catching greenery. Wowza feeling. I strongly recommend to stay when u visit in Daman. Enjoy…

There is no beach except in the name of the resort. The front office can be more welcoming and helpful. Got a room with the view of the parking lot and request for another room with a better view could have been handled better. Excellent food but a boring trip. Average room but pretty large. No activity. Ageing property. The dining room hospitality stands out in contrast to the front desk. Speakingto you by the front desk looks more a chore for them is the impression i got. Left a day early.
