Very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Τhe room was not very spacious. However the bathroom was very spacious and we were also provided coffee capsules and a bottle of water for free, as a welcome. Generally good experience!

Precioso hotel que tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea fantástica. Tiene una piscina y restaurante en la última planta con vistas al mar. Comida muy rica. El desayuno del hotel es muy completo y está muy rico. Volvería más veces a este hotel.

Sadly I had the same experience of many other customers, I was told after I arrived, checked in and paid my city tax that there was no room for me at the hotel and I would have to make my way with my luggage to the other end of town to a bed and breakfast. There was no mention of help to get there and to be frank the person that booked me in should not be on any hotel reception, to say she was rude is an understatement, not a good representative of the hotel at all. Having said that, when my room became available later the following day, it was clean and spacious and was well cleaned every day. I was there for work so did not use the pool or any other facilities.

Great hotel. I was moved like others to another property, but that proved to be a win, just across the road in a lovely apartment. Staff are extremely friendly and a big shout out to the ladies that service the room daily, they’re amazing. Good breakfast daily and again friendly attentive staff. Unfortunately the pool bar closed just after we arrived as it was the end of the season, but I think that made the pool quieter which was great. Marsaskala is lovely with some really good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I gave this hotel 5 stars when I stayed last year. However, this year's experience was unforgettable in a totally different way, and other reviewers have had similar experiences. I booked two rooms in January for 3 days for me and my family but on different dates and with different booking agencies. I called in the afternoon to say our flight was arriving late and gave the details of my bookings - there seemed to be no problems. However, when we arrived at 2 am in the morning after a long day travelling - to my horror one of the rooms was in a completely different hotel 5 minutes walk away. I was exhausted and had to walk all that way with my luggage - I am not young. They did allocate me a room in the Cerviola the next day but the staff treated me as a difficult person for not staying in the other hotel - would definitely not recommend this hotel now.

We live on Gozo and have used this hotel twice in the past but since which time it has undergone remodeling and updating. Unfortunately shortly after arriving my wife tripped and fell in the street outside the hotel. I managed to get her back to the lobby where the receptionists provided ice packs for the bruising she'd suffered. They were kind and caring beyond expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the room was quiet but the bathroom a little on the small side for our liking. Air con was great and quiet and the TV program lineup much better than many competitor hotels. The rooftop terrace / bar / restaurant was great for relaxing and enjoying good food and drinks at really competitive prices. Buses to and from the airport stop outside the door. There are also buses at about 12 minute intervals to the Marsaskala bus terminus. But it is also within comfortable walking distance. Marsaskala is a nice town, it has a good promanade walk from the harbor to the historic Saint Thomas tower and ruins of the once renowned Jerma Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel before and always find it very clean and pleasant. sometimes when things go wrong they are not put right immediately as was the case this time there was a problem and it was not remedied. Rooms have a coffee maker and coffee is provided everyday. The breakfast is such good value for money, proper bacon proper sausages. This time our towels were quite tatty and maybe this was just an oversight. We would definitely return again. The bus stop is right outside and it is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

I was informed of the improvements to the balconies at the hotel,before our trip by the hotel ,which was very much appreciated,we were put into the apartment block opposite,the apartment was excellent,lovely balcony,across from hotel ,had everything for a relaxing break,the staff and breakfast at the hotel were fantastic,and looked having chilled drink at the bar ,before venturing out for tea,I am looking forward to returning,and I will ,and the improvements that were ongoing whilst me and my partner were there ,will only enhance a lovely hotel,with great staff and relaxed atmosphere,you can see there’s pride in how the hotel looks ,it’s a credit to all involved .
