Kenzi Rose Garden

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Accueil très rapide et plutôt sympathique,j’ai demandé à changer de chambre car odeur de tabac , il n’ont pas hésité une seconde bon point !petit dej parfait , buffet le soir franchement top varié pour 20 e , que des gens professionnels, animateurs, serveurs, la dame avec le thé à l’entrée, le plus piscine chauffée extérieur,un gros point noir pas de Clim et il fait chaud si on ouvre trop de bruit … dommage

Le Kenzi rose garden reste notre hôtel préféré sur Marrakech, le personnel est très accueillant, le ménage est parfait, quand à la restauration,il y a tellement de bonnes choses dans les buffets que celui qui a quelque à dire de négatif c’est vraiment de la mauvaise volonté. Les animateurs sont au top. Le parc avec ses oiseaux qui chantent toute la journée, les piscines, le salon de massage, tout a été parfait pour nous . On reprendra cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour à Marrakech. Bravo à tout le personnel .

We arrived at the Hotel with great expectations due to the 5 star status and reasonable reviews. It started well, the staff carried our luggage without asking, but off course expected payment which is fine, the amount was over £20 which is not. The room itself looked worse than any 4 star hotel and worse than many 3 stars. The temperature was in the high 20’s but the air conditioning was not working, I asked 8 separate times in 24 hours for someone to repair the system or provide a fan. In the end I was literally ignored at the desk, the staff would just look busy as they saw me approach. When I spoke to the manager, I was told that the hotel only has AC in summer, nonsensical for a tourist from a cold climate but I accepted this to not ruin the trip, though on the last day I discovered that other guests had working air conditioning and I had been lied to. There was loud music every night, and the stench of ******** was overwhelming. People were making noise on all floors, somebody had a subwoofer which kept the whole hotel awake, yet the staff did nothing after numerous guests complained. Now most hotels have a level of soundproofing and security so this should be a non issue, but I could pretty much hear my neighbours thoughts through those walls. The WI-FI was as slow as dial up if it ever decided to work that is. We experienced racial discrimination at this hotel, morrocco is a beautiful diverse place, this hotel is not. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and great value for money

Réservation non retrouvée puis deux heures pour avoir ses clefs (en arrivant à 15h30 plus de serviettes à la piscine en fin de journée aucun transat disponible durant notre séjour sauf à y poser sa serviette avant 9 heures du matin ménage fait en fin d après midi etc etc ….
