這個房間是我迄今為止住過的這個價位最糟糕的房間，那個特價房間是一個巨大詐騙，沒有電梯，附近無法停車，頂樓巨熱，房間非常小，廁所都很難進入，衹有一張135米的雙人床，空調衹能對着人吹，否則很熱，對着人吹第二天肯定吹感冒，影響之後的行程，房間搞得花裏胡哨，華而不實，在摩洛哥住過最糟糕的酒店！

I’ve just come back to London, stayed here for the weekend for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are very pleasant, professional and accommodating. I had the best suite and they even got me a lovely cake. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Riad Kaiss - the staff, food and room were amazing and they gave us lots of thoughtful touches like making me a birthday cake and giving us a lunch bag for our flight home. We couldn’t praise the staff more they were incredible and we have some lovely memories. We will be back in future.
Best Riad in Marrakech.

A fantastic hotel in a converted fifteenth century Riad, with just 10 rooms. A Riad is a walled home with internal gardens and the Riad Kaiss actually has two quadrangles, each with trees and plants, where breakfast can be served.
The hotel keeps many features from previous centurys and the owners have added a wonderfully eclectic mix of furniture, lamps, ornaments. In short, staying in this wonderful building would be the highlight of any trip to Marrakesh.
Finally, the staff are truly wonderful and really made us feel cared for throughtout our stay. Our thanks to all of them.

Fantastic Riad. Loved our penthouse suite w/private patio. Massage was lovely. Charming, full of antiques walking distance to the palaces and market and some great restaurants, but quiet away from motorbike noise. We wanted to stay longer!! Definitely will come back here

We loved the unique presentation of the rooms, and the gorgeous courtyard area for breakfast. The pool, hammam and roof terraces were also lovely and the perfect way to relax after a busy day seeing the sights of Marrakech.
