Riad la Villa Bleue & Spa

Absolutely the worst people I ever met, from the moment we checked in we were constantly pushed for cash and book everything through them(most were double the price any website was charging) We booked a car for pickup through them which was triple the taxi price and it still did not arrive on time. When we tried to take the taxi on our own, their contact started fighting with taxi drivers to prevent us from going to Raid ourselves. At check out this gentleman who seemed to be the manager/owner's son started shouting at us , wanted us to pay cash even though our booking said they take credit card. After swiping 2 of my credit cards for payment they claimed they were both refused. Luckily I had one set up to send me notifications which I showed him was already charged. In Spite of showing proof he wouldn't let us leave for our flight. It was just me and my 20 year old daughter and we were terrified. We barely escaped, luckily an older taxi driver who was at taxi stand right outside helped us get away. I recorded a big chunk of the incident on y phone, if it was US they would have been arrested for harassment. Frankly at the time I wasn't sure if we would even make it out of country alive. I was shaking my daughter was crying It's safe to say we will never be setting a foot in this country again. Our amazing experience of this country and the people turned into a nightmare. My advice especially if you are only women travelling, absolutely DO NOT stay in any of the Riads, it probably will be safer to stay in some big hotel chain hotel to be safe.

We stayed in this villa in May and have to say it was very impressive and it exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit in Morocco and we were very impressed with the beautiful facilities and friendly staffs. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of beds. Many thanks to Salim who made the stay even more special by going above and beyond and assisting us with all our requirement.

Where should i start from the villa or Salim who stays there and is very helpful and there to equip all your needs. Villa itself from entrance to rooms and pool all immaculate clean and tidy, beautiful decorated villa for friends to stay or family or a couple they can accommodate all. Once again a beautiful place to stay and very helpful person (Salim) who stays there, not enough words to praise Salim for the helps he has given.

Beautiful villa with plenty of rooms to accommodate a big group. Staffs are very friendly and professional. I would like say a special thanks to Salim who helped us with everything we needed and always there to assist during our 7 days stay. We had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, balconies etc. It was our first visit in Morocco and we felt welcomed in this villa from the first day till last day.

We booked the villa for a large group of friends, the place is amazing with a swimming pool, rooftop chill out areas. The rooms are very unique and very comfortable to sleep in. The best part of our stay at this villa was a a man named Salim who was very kind to us and made sure to help us with anything he can. He was always available for us and he was very kind. I would definitely recommend this villa for large groups or big family trips in Marrakech!

The villa is in a nice place with private pool for you and your friends. The staffs were amazing especially Salim who helped a lot and got on with everyone and participated with the pranks. The manager also listened to us and did what we asked.

Accueil très chaleureux. Repas marocains excellents et personnels très attentionnés chambres agréables sur la terrasse le propriétaire nous a mis en contact avec un chauffeur ce qui nous a permis de faire de très belles balades à partir de Marrakech (Atlas .désert ..océan !!)

Nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique Riad durant 2 nuits, tout était parfait, le Riad est très beau, la chambre était très belle, typique et propre. Le personnel est très très gentil. Mention spécial pour le petit déjeuner qui est excellent, à tomber par terre !! Le Jardin Majorelle est à 10 min à pied. Il est en dehors de la Médina ce qui est parfait pour être au calme, c'est reposant. Nous recommandons vivement, si nous avons l'occasion de revenir à Marrakech nous y retournerons sans hésiter. C'est une perle rare.

Un petit séjour de 4 jours, très belle villa et surtout un très bon accueil, je vous le recommande vivement. Les petits déjeuners et les repas sont parfaits, l'équipe est au petit soin. Très bien situé, proche de la médina et du jardin Majorelle.
