It’s overpriced in terms of the amenities and quality we look forward to. The staff there are excellent and it’s the best part of this hotel.
The spa treatment was also average for the amount they charge!

Excelente hotel para uma viagem em familia para Marreksh. Arquitetura linda e um otimo exemplo de ryad, um dos mais bonitos da cidade. Otimo cafe da manha e almoço, aue estavam inclusos na nossa estadia. Serviço e atendimento impecáveis fica nosso agradecimento especial ao gerente e a hadija que nos atendia muito delicadamente no cafe da manha. Os quartos sao um show a parte, com salas de banho de outro mundo. Cama e roupas de cama nota 10. Recomendaria a todos que me perguntassem de Marrakech

Grosse déception. Loin d'être à la hauteur des Relais & châteaux. Tant sur la chambre que sur le service.
Chambre avec une odeur très prononcée d'humidité / moisissure. Salle de bain avec des traces de moisissures dans la douche.
Service laborieux : petit déjeuner annoncé à partir de 6h30. Puis 7h par un autre employé. Et à 7h15, il n'y avait rien de préparer ... Salle du petit déjeuner glaciale un matin de novembre : aucun chauffage.
Bref, à ces tarifs, c'est franchement ridicule.

This hotel is truly fabulous in every way. Amazing service from all the staff who cannot do enough for you including even making a fire in your room’s fireplace. Beautiful decor and two perfect swimming pools. Heated in the winter for all year swimming.

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. Ok, by American standards, Villa des Orangers was a five star. But by Moroccan standards they were just a whisker lower than anything we had stayed in—in Morocco. Their missteps were so slight by our world standards, that they still earned 5 stars on TripAdvisor. And don’t take that as a criticism. You will find that Moroccan standards are well beyond anything else you have experienced. The bar was higher than a skyscraper.

My wife and I can not express how beautifully splendid our stay was. From the lovely, well appointed room, to our magnificent roof patio, to the wonderfully friendly and attentive service, this is a stay we will remember always. I know people generally like to dine at different restaurants but do not pass up the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel. The food and service was top notch and the ambience was magical. We felt the stay here embodied the essence of Morocco.

Villa des Orangers is *hands down* my favorite hotel of all time- and NO, I'm not exaggerating. If ultimate luxury, tranquility and exceptional amenities are a top priority for you in a hotel- you will not be disappointed! This "Riad" is so special because every room is uniquely designed- the property is a bit of a maze but discovering the indoor bar or popping up to the rooftop pool is all part of the charm. There is a kitchen at the hotel and the food is very refined and elegant- but what I adore most is that lunch service is typically outside by the pool, whereas breakfast and dinner are served in a different dining rooms every day. The Hammam is breathtaking and you're missing out if you don't treat yourself to a traditional Moroccan scrub. The rooms were spacious, softly decorated, and every moment the gentle scent of orange blossoms could be noted in the air. The staff wait on you hand and foot- there is no small detail left unnoticed. The only *tiny* thing is that when you arrive, the front door is almost easy to miss and certainly out of place along a main street between various mechanic repair shops- rest assured, you are in the right place. Once you step through the entrance you will be transported to paradise! You will barely notice you are in Marrakech anymore! Impeccable. You will regret not booking this hotel.
