Palmea Hotel

Stayed here for a week during April / May enjoyed our time there, found air con only worked with door shut which was okay on the night however; can get very loud been directly above your head so if using on night would recommend earplugs or sleeping with door slightly open. Location is great close to local bars, restaurant , shops, excursions beach and transport services all within walking distance Hosting team have been amazing throughout our stay make you feel very welcome big shout out to Jimmy / Sieda/ Beni/ Dohan nothing was ever too much for them. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols on both pool areas, no need to wake up at silly AM to claim a sun lounger more than enough to go around. Water slide there only on during certain times of day but nice to have option there if want it. Food was okay found something to eat on a daily basis, however; some times the food did seem cold/ Lukewarm at times. Would recommend keeping valuables on you at all times as we had money go missing whilst my husband was asleep in room and do not disturb sign was on door I was relaxing by the pool and thought his wallet would be safe been left on the side we came to later realise this was not the case.

Had a great holiday here rooms are clean staff are amazing , food is ok, drinks haven't much choice for allinclusive. Pools are good. And the locations is good very near shoos close to beach and main areas. Would be nice if they done some English breakfast items.

This is the 2nd we have come to palmea hotel! The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable. The staff are all amazing and friendly the young boy that works in the restaurant alex his so helpful always asks if you need anything. Caner, selcuk jimmy have been so brillant! They are a credit to the hotel. The manager is always making sure the guests are happy and helpful. We look forward to our next visit next year

Despite the mixed reviews, I thought I would give it a go. I personally wouldn’t come back to this hotel and in my opinion it definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel. There is zero entertainment in the evening even though it advertises that there is, which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel as I was coming on my own so didn’t really want to have to go elsewhere for entertainment. The bar closes at 10.30pm and the music played at the bar is dreadful. The food is very bland and very repetitive, they did something different on Saturday night like fresh kebabs which made a nice change. The rooms were basic, not really cleaned either just changed towels and bins emptied. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I found this hotel attracts a lot of party guests so there were a few nights I was woken up by people drunk/shouting. It’s in a good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are 2 pools with plenty of loungers.

We went in april and had a brilliant time! First night there we asked to switch rooms due to the toilet not flushing, more than once, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls! Wasn't too impressed but our problems were fixed and we switched rooms and didn't have another issue. We had great bar men, Jimmy and benny, they made our holiday that much better. They were lovely and looked after us and answered any questions we had. For a cheap holiday, all inclusive, we were very happy. Thank you for a lovely experience

Honest review. Returned home yesterday. Stayed for 1 week. The food is absolutely diabolical, we paid all inclusive and never ate anything at the hotel due to the amount of people poorly from the food and the state of the food 🤢 the food area was consistently dirty, never saw anyone cleaning the outside area apart from removing empty plates and cups off tables. The food by far is the worst I've ever seen. My son had brand new clothing bought in the UK, still with tags taken from our cases in the room. Reception told us it wasn't the cleaners. Along with many other people who complained too. The room I had no issue with, balcony had bugs on all the time.. but the beds I felt comfortable in. The room were never cleaned to a good standard either. Just beds made and fresh towels. Floor was dirty constantly.. lazy thriving cleaners are to blame. The pools are fine, no issue with them. The slide needs to be rewaxed as people was walking down it as no slip to it at all. Bar isn't 24/7 either and closed at 10.30pm every night and didn't open until 10.30am. The location of the hotel is fine for the beach, rather out from the ***** and bars.. we usually stay closer when we visit. But overall the hotel isn't bad located as we enjoy the evening walks. Bar staff at the bottom pool area were pleasant. Staff around the food area hardly spoke English so struggled at times. I personally wouldn't go to this hotel again due to the food being so poor and the overall hygiene of the place. It cost me more to eat out and drink than the actual holiday but I couldn't risk myself amd my child getting poorly. It'd quiet a loud hotel also with alot of shouting and arguing from visitors staying at all hours of the night so bare this in mind when considering this hotel. As it's not their fault for the noise but I feel best to mention everything.

Absolutely dreadful, food made me feel sick, was boring and the same thing every night, the bar staff were absolutely tremendous with us and treated us like family, and were so helpful when we had money stolen from our suitcases by the cleaners, another family had bags full of duty free and clothes stolen and she was caught red handed and still working here, another chef served ice cream with nuts in to my mother in law who has a deathly allergy after telling us it was mint, if you are coming here please change your booking as the managers do not care about the quality of their hotel or their customers.

We paid for a cheap all inclusive, close to the town and beach. We got exactly that. The hotel is smaller and a little dated in parts, but has everything you need. There were a lot of negative reviews and I don’t think they were deserved at all. The food is very much traditional Turkish with a hint of Anglo thrown in. If you’re expecting bacon sarnies you’ll be disappointed but I’ve stayed in top 5* hotels here and the food is very typical of even them. Go with an open mind and try things you will, like we were, very pleasantly surprised. We tried the on site spa and Mr Grey who works there could not have been more helpful. It set us up perfectly for our break. The staff are all fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I must make a special shout out to caner who must work in every role 24hr a a day. Never was there a moment that we looked up and he wasn’t busy working. Always with a smile and could not have done more to help us and make us feel as welcome as possible. Definitely doesn’t deserve the feedback it’s had.

Fantastic little hotel!! Rooms clean, towels changed and plenty loo roll 🧻 food good always something to eat !! Choice of two pools plenty sun beds plenty alcohol, Staff very friendly, and lovely cob with cheese meat and salad and a bottle of water given to us on our departure!
