Very nice hotel

The moment we walk into this hotel we knew we would love it. The staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. Angela greeted us at the front desk, she was very knowledgeable and charming. The beach/pool staff Omer always made sure we were content with towels, drinks, etc. Rooms were very clean and modern. We will definitely come back.

Upon arrival we got only one keycard for both of us. You also had to pay for the safe, 25 euros (550 lira) for 9 days. We were given a room on the fourth floor that was accessible by a small elevator. A small but beautiful room with olive green tones. Well-functioning aircon. A tv with different channels. A fridge with some drinks. (not for free). A phone. A tea kettle with limescale on the bottom and some pickwick tea bags (free). The bed is wide enough with a comfy mattress and pillows. There is enough light in the room and there are nightlights next to the bed. The room is cleaned every day. Nice, neat and modern shower and toilet. The water spray is very powerful. Enough towels, that are changed every day. Most of the lights in the room and the aircon go out when the balcony door is opened. They try to save energy. The balcony is not large but offers a beautiful view (we had a room with sea view). There are three chairs and a table. Room service is also available. The breakfast is very poor. Different jams, grapes, raisins, nuts, cereals. Cucumbers, lettuce and strawberries, cut the day before and put in the fridge. Sliced bread (white and brown) that you could toast. Mini croissants. Mini Rolls. A cheap tasteless black tea and long-life milk in cartons. We only ate that once and the following days we ordered English breakfast with much better Picwick tea at our own expense. Terrible breakfast. The hotel has its own restaurant with a terrace, which is well attended by both hotel and non-hotel guests. In the evening it’s quite busy and certain evenings there is live music. We drank a few times. Once we had lunch and once diner and the taste was pretty good. As a hotel guest you receive a 10% discount if you consume something. What I dislike about this restaurant are the cats. I don't know if they are house cats. The cats are fed by the guests and the staff. I even saw a bowl of cat food placed by the hotel staff. The cats sleep on the chairs and couches and all the cat hair gets on your clothes. Unimaginably a restaurant with cats. The management needs to do something about it. This hotel is open all year round unlike other local hotels which are only open during the summer season. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the city center. The hotel has its own stretch of beach just in front of the hotel on the boulevard. With beach beds and umbrellas. It’s free for hotel guests and if you are not a hotel guest you have to drink or consume something. Check-out is at 12 noon. For 600 lira, you can pay for a late checkout till 4 pm. It's a pity they don't have a special luggage room, to store your luggage. When you check out you can leave your luggage in a corner, in sight of the receptionist, who is not always present. Very welcoming and friendly, accommodating and very good service...the food is good too and right on the beachfront with spectacular views and endless walks. Very happy thank you.

Just back after 11 nights at this fabulous hotel. Situated right on the beach with its own sunbeds and with beach towels provided for the use of guests. The staff are all super efficient and friendly both in the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant serves excellent food and drink at very reasonable prices and has live Turkish bands at the weekends. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard and fresh towels provided daily. Great continental buffet breakfast provided every morning with plenty of choice. The rooms are of a good size with a comfortable bed and a great shower. A mini bar is provided and the prices are pretty reasonable. We had a side view balcony but it had an amazing view ( Photo attached). The hotel is very well situated not far from Blue Port and the Port area with plenty of restaurants and shops in the in the vicinity. The hotel is perfect for couples or small family groups and it boasts a very eclectic clientèle from all over Europe and Turkey. I would really recommend this hotel for your visit to Marmaris.

Fairly average (comfortable but not special) hotel with a great view located in the middle of all the action on the beach and walkway. Tons of shopping and dining options nearby. Please note this (or any other nearby hotel) is not the place to stay for a quiet vacation as it is in a huge party area with live music until midnight every night (good bands when we were there though and a nice atmosphere) and then plenty of noise until at least 2 am. Also very important to know (despite claims otherwise) there is NO PARKING associated with this hotel and almost no nearby places to park (even if you get very lucky). So if you have your own transport you will want to go somewhere else much further away from this area (virtually no hotels here have parking and I'm Turkey in general).

Best hotel! The restaurant is one of the best in marmaris .various Delicious food and cocktail drinks , fare prices. Staff are very friendly specially Ozzy , he’s very kind helpful and fun !! Best service ever
