Was a bit disappointed when first arriving to the hotel as our room was small n our balcony was even smaller. However the hotel has outdone themselves with the services they provide. The first half of the holiday it was sun lounger wars. The doors got locked and you had to queue for a sun lounger at half 7. However now you are able to lie in and still get a lounger. There is only roughly 90 beds for 300 guests. Big shoutout to CHICO the entertainment guy who absolutely made the holiday! So full of energy and will go out his way to ensure you’re having the best experience. The hotel would definitely not be the same without him. We love you Chico. Food has been good, definitely the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever been to. Definitely options there for fussy eaters. All staff are friendly and helpful. Sad to be leaving Pasa Bey. We wish Chico all the best in the future :)

Had an amazing 10 night stay. Chico is thee best. Food was amazing but only criticism is that at lunch and dinner dishes could have been better marked for food allergies although I managed it would have been easier if it was more obvious. Clean and friendly environment. I would definitely return.

I Went to pasa bey for all inclusive holiday 4 star I would highly recommend this hotel the staff are very attentive and also the entertainment guy CHICO is the best host keeps everyone entertained I would come back again rooms are spotless no issues 😁👍🏼

Just got back from Pasabey hotel after spending 10 nights there. Rooms were cleaned every day, the cleaners work really hard daily. Chico was very amusing and full of mischief. Food was very bland and repetitive. The salon and tatooist where very good. A shout out to Zack who did my lovely Robin Tatoo. Very pleased with that. Would have liked somewhere a bit more central for shops and night life.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! me and my friend stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave will definitely be back next year food was unreal and so much option and different every night also the drink options are great as there are 3 cocktail options on the all inclusive the staff are lovely and so friendly especially chico the entertainment guy he is the best and never fails to put a smile on everyones face we had a small room when we arrived and wanted to upgrade and staff sorted it within one hour and was so helpful room gets cleaned every day and there are lots of sunbeds the area is great not far from the beach and lots of bars and shops not far at all the entertainment also take you to bar street for clubbing of a night time and chico stays with you all night to make sure you are safe and you get a transfer there and back free of charge. we will definitely be back best hotel i have stayed in

Hotel is amazing. Got given a smaller room and asked to change to a bigger room with a better view. Hotel staff gave us a bigger and better room free of charge within hours. Staff on reception are very helpful and quick. Beds were very comfy and food was overall lovely - lots of options for everyone and different options each day. Chico our entertainer made the trip - such a funny and lovely man and was there to help with anything and everything. He arranged free transfer to and from the main area for nightlife (Bar Street), every night, so no worry about walking there/paying for taxis. Chico will stay with you on your night out if you would prefer, so you are always safe. There’s lots of entertainment and popular music on at the pool daily so that you are never bored whilst being in the hotel. Really, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Spent a week at the Pasabey and had a wonderful time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a double room which was cleaned daily and the hotel was very clean overall. Choice of food was good and plenty to pick from. The evening entertainment was very good and enjoyable. Last but least a huge shout to the entertainment coordinator CHICO, this man was full of beans and made sure that he had time for everyone. He also had a personality the made you laugh. Has Haa Haa Will definitely book this hotel again.

We had a lovely time at Pasabey hotel it was nice and clean everywhere rooms cleaned everyday it has a nice variety of food changing every day there’s a good pool there’s a small kids area within it as well the staff are friendly the entertainment was excellent with Chico fantastic always happy and full of fun he has time for everyone no one is left out it’s only a short walk to the beach and harbour and shops 10 mins max so don’t be put off thinking it’s miles from anywhere

Spent the a week at the Pasabey and had a wonderful time. Also met some great people, and everyone was friendly Rooms cleaned daily and very comfortable. Food was lovely and plenty to choose from. The entertainment at night was very good. Last but not least we have good be a massive shout out to the activities coordinator CHICO was absolutely wonderful, and full of energy which made the stay an great laugh.
