Grand Pasa Hotel

Absolutely fantastic tine atcthe Grand Pass. Zayn was the best noy and a fantastic member of the entertainment team, looked after us all week. A truly lovely boy. HNnah and Conor were brilliant. A lovely place with lovely people . Food was good and the pool vibe great. Close to shops and bars and the spa experience was brilliant… cannot recommend that and Max in the spa enough.

We are here for 2 weeks, the rooms are lovely, food is lovely lots of choice, the entertainment team are great, especially Zayn and Ellie, they made the holiday so much better for us. The only thing is you need to get up a little early for a sunbed.

Food is nice staff are lovely entertainment team are very welcoming Conor is crazy from the entertainment team rooms are lovely beds are comfy waiters are lovely the tattoo artist is excellent got 2 of my tattoos fixed up and they look amazing

Went with my partner's family. There was me, my partner. 6 other adults and 2 kids. The hotel has a beautiful exterior/interior. The guest rep was great when asking her questions about my dietary requirements. The kitchen is very understanding and accommodating to allergies. The food was great. They have buffet style food arranging in different cuisines. The waiters/bar staff especially Yasin , Hazar and Mehmet are lovely always willing to talk and help you if there's a problem. The hotel rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. Our room included a single and double bed which was great for the adults with the kids. The cleaning staff were super friendly and kind. The maid we had was the best she was kind, friendly and always made us smile. We loved the towel animals she made for us. Moving into the entertainment aspect the hotel had a morning, afternoon and evening. The entertainment staff are lovely as well. They love to engage themselves with the guests in a fun way. The kids in the family enjoyed the kids mini disco they had in the evening. Conor and Zane always made us laugh and wanted us to join in with the entertainment. The only thing I would say is they need more variety of entertainment during the beginning and end of the season. There were somethings they couldn't do because it is the beginning of the season and they don't do until the mid which was sad. I was looking forward to the idea of a foam party. Other than that no complaints from me. The hotel has 2 pools one inside and one outside. The pools were fun, my partner and the kids enjoyed the slides connected to the outside one. Although I enjoyed it the few times I used the slide I struggled with the steps getting to the slide as they were slippery and I'm disabled. The hotel has a spa and small market on site. The spa was great and relaxing we tried it for mine and my partner's anniversary. We had gotten the full spa treatment, I believe it was £80 but it could have been £85. Magic mike's store is great and always made sure we were happy. If we wasn't he would make it right. They also have a tattoo parlour and hairdressers on site. The hairdressers were great. Loved the service. I had gotten a tattoo from the tattoo parlour a great place and not inexpensive.The tattoo I got I love. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely be back

Amazing hotel really friendly staff can't do enough for you big shout out to all involved in making the hotel run as smoothly as it does from the entertainment team to the staff in the restaurant bar and housekeeping Love this hotel Will definitely be back

Beautiful hotel fantastic entertainment lovely friendly people will come again sunshine all day Good food friendly staff will do anymore you rep jane for jet 2 is amazing and perfect hotel and It's great because the staff is very nice their entertainment and team deserve appreciation

Stayed at the Grand Pasa in May 2024...had a fab time.....excellent Hotel ....great food and staff. The entertainment team have been fantastic the whole week...especially Zayn....always time for a friendly chat. Will be back in July bby

Had an absolute amazing week at Grand Pasa, the staff are all amazing and helpful especially Zayn from the entertainment team who looked after us every day,the hotel is spotless and food is good also,we got a sunbed every day no problem, loved everything at this hotel and will defo go bk soon.
