ROOM 217. door could be pushed open balcony door hanging off bare wires hanging out of hairdryer and walls place scruffy worst jet 2 holiday ever DO NOT BOOK arrived 1 am and place was like a RAVE WENT ON TO 430 am Choose elsewhere Asked for room change very unhelpful staff told come back at 9 am which we did to be told come again later ffs. Unable to contact jet 2 decided to go look for another hotel yes cost extra but was not willing to stay here can’t believe it has good reviews proper DUMP!

Absolutely loved everyone and everything is this hotel. All of the staff especially they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It was my birthday while here and they got me a cake and balloons and made it the most memorable night ever. The entertainment they put on for everyone is top tier. The food is beautiful. Can’t really say anything wrong tbh. Rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaner always leaves lovely designs made out of the towels. Gutted to be going home and will definitely be returning.

I can’t describe all with the words. You all have to go and experience their energy and a**osphere. Foods and drinks are delicious and cheaper than outside. There is always fun. Just back from a last minute week away as a family of 5. Very impressed with the friendly and pleasant staff at these apartments. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble when it came to looking after there guests

I'm just back from a 2 week stay with family at Greenpark Apts. Would highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to help celebrate birthdays, anniversarys etc. The food is nice and you can go half board when you get to the hotel for £19 per day and you don't need to buy the vouchers for your whole stay if you wish to eat out some days. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and are cleaned everyday and towels are replaced everyday. Our bathroom had a modern feel with a nice powerful shower. The location is in the Armatulan area and is very close to bars/ restaurants, shops so you pretty much have eveything on your doorstep. The hotel has a nice pool area and has a more chilled feel compared to bigger busier hotels which is ideal for a nice chilled break away in the sun. The bar/restaurant is beautifully decorated and the entertainment was good. I would highly recommend Greenpark Apts and i would definitely stay there again.

2nd time there this year loved it, highly recommend, rooms are basic, cleaned every day, what can I say about the staff the guy's are just the best, so attentive to the guests do anything for you and the nicest guy's you could meet love them all, this is my forever place ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing time staying here, When we first arrived there was some confusion about our booking but the staff were amazing and assured us everything would be ok and gave us 2 rooms while we were waiting and after a few days it was sorted. The entertainment staff were so friendly especially Mustang who was in charge of the entertainment Robin and Dennis who all went above and beyond to make our holiday. The food is great we never had a bad meal and the pizzas are delicious. We have been to Marmaris 3 times now and can honestly say that this is the best place we have stayed. Would definitely recommend and have tried to book for next year but is fully booked which goes to show how popular green park is.

Best wee apartments in Marmaris from food to cleanliness staff management in general can’t fault it,loved everything about it 5stars from me and my grandson,everyone so helpful and entertainment day and night x

Original impressions not great as allocated a 4th floor attic room, complete with sloping ceilings. However, mangement were happy to move us to the second floor the following day with no issues. New room very spacious but basic and in need of an upgrade. What really made the holiday were the staff - what an amazing bunch of people. So friendly, talented and attentive and the staff show at night needs to be seen to be believed. Had 2 great trea**ents in the spa but don't let the glossy brochure fool you - the one in Greenpark doesn't look like that but a great experience all the same. A major drawback though is noise from the bar next door - don't plan on sleeping between 9pm and 12.30am! 2for1 drinks are a con - you end up paying just as much. Plenty of restaurants but felt bullied into making a booking at some. Booked one trip via a local agent to Dalyan, turtle beach and mud bath - terrific value for money at £15 each for a 10 hour day with a lunch included. Not sure if I would return to Marmaris - a bit too "Blackpool" for us but might give other part of Turkey a try.
