Görsellerden çok farklı bir oteldi. Yatağımız temizlenmesine rağmen çarşafta kıl vardı yerler hep pisti yemekler gerçekten çok kötüydü. Personeller çok mutsuzdu. Servise yardım eden personeli bir sonraki gün yemek başında görüyorduk. Belliki çok yoruluyorlar. Fiyatı uygun olsa da biraz daha özenli olmalarını beklerdik. Havuz büyük be temizdi. Ama asla aslaa deniz için şezlong bulamadık hep başka plajlara gittik aşırı küçük toplasa. 20 tane sezlong vardı. 2 kere de havuz başında yakaladık saat 3 de. Maalesef birdaha asla gelmeyiz önermeyiz de.

Em geral tudo muito bom. Nós adorámos. Pena foi não podermos ficar mais tempo. Durante uma semana tivemos comida variada e boa. Eu só tenho que aconselhar este hotel e o serviço que é prestado. Tem dentro do hotel massagem turca ao qual tem custo extra, mas adorámos imenso. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, todos os jovens tive bom contato com eles e com o senhor Altay muito gentil e boa pessoa. Obrigado por tudo ❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here a few years back before it was renovated and visited in August. It was very nice only downfall is there is a shop on the side of the hotel and people can just walk into the hotel and can see you at the pool etc. The staff are friendly.. the food is okay but just the normal.. not very filling.. the pool is quite cold also.

Nice clean hotel with attentive staff. Room had air conditioning and a fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. Safe is available at a cost. We were on the top floor with a sea view, priceless. I would not recommend all inclusive to British travellers as the food was more oriented to the local population, not even the breakfast was palletable. We ate all of our meals and snacks in local restaurants which were very affordable. Take your own pool / beach towels as they're not provided. Hotel does not offer any entertainment during the day or evening.

Staff and cleanliness stand out as does the location, 5 mins to the sea or the main road. Rooms were spacious and the balconies well placed we had a lovely view of the pool and the sea and mountains. Utilised the spa and had the best sports massage I’ve ever had and cannot help but leave a review for the shopkeepers on site - jewellery store lovely well priced no hassle and the ever open 24 on site supermarket. Thank you all

I was a little worried about this place based on reviews but just returned and am already looking to book next year! Staff are really friendly, housekeeping are brilliant, clean towels everyday and will change the beds as often as needed. Special mention to tony for sorting our excursions and making our holiday. Would definitely recommend the spa. We had a Turkish bath, facial and full body massage, I felt 10 years younger after it. the staff were fantastic especially with my 9 year old who was nervous and even gave her a free body massage to calm her down while me and her big sister got our massages! The spa manager, I believe is Isa,(sorry if I got it wrong!), was wonderful all week stopping to say hello and bonding with my daughter over football, really made her week. We had a sea view room over looking the pool and the room was immaculate. I broke the shower head on accident and maintenance came straight away to fix it with no problems, I was really apologetic and they just laughed and said not to worry. Again couldn’t do enough for you.The food was lovely and something for everyone. Bar staff are really helpful and friendly. We had the best week here and felt really looked after, thank you everyone, will definitely be back!

We have just returned from our holiday at the Kaya Maris Hotel. What a nice place, everyone was so friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the beach, shops, and bars. There is a bus that takes you to Marmaris for 20 lira also another bus which takes you to Icmiler for 25 lira. This bus is at the top of the road just a 3 minute walk away. When you arrive at the hotel Tony the rep, will go through everything with you, where it is best to go, some nice recommendations for restaurants, places to watch the football etc. Tony will also sort out your return transfer for you, just WhatsApp him with your return flight and transfer reference, he will sort it for you. The food at the hotel was nice, typical all inclusive, they cater for everyone. The Dolphin bar at the pool is great, they will try and make any drink you want. Our room was cleaned every day. Clean towels daily. The pool is an ok size, we managed to get a few lengths swimming in. I would recommend the Spa, we had a Turkish bath, full massage, and reflexology, all lovely. It was perfect for my achy back. There isn't any entertainment at the hotel, but there is so much in the evenings to do around there it didn't really matter. My husband and I will go back to this hotel. It was a lovely relaxing time.
