Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

What a wonderful resort! I was apprehensive at going the 2nd week of Easter in April, but to my happy surprise everything was as it would be during the summer months. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, the facilities were so fabulous and even better than expected, the food was outstanding with options in various places as well as à la cart restaurants to choose from. The beach with the jetty and lounges was my favourite place to be, being able to see the fish through the crystal clear water and swimming up to the pontoon each day. We tried the water sports which were very reasonably priced and great fun. The rooms were clean and very nice. The kids slides were brilliant and they had a whale of a time. The choice of food was outstanding. The entertainment was 2nd to none with staff offering entertainment such as water polo, but also there was a mini disco pretty much every night and some nights there was even other entertainment , in different venues across the hotel. The kids arcade in the basement was great fun and my kids loved it. The ice cream was available all day long and the Lemon Café was delightful with all sorts of cakes and pastries. The inside pool was a great alternative option, which also had a sauna. We visited the à la carte Chinese restaurant included in our package which was amazing, not to mention the views! There are lots of cats at the hotel, which was lovely to see. Some of them live there and are very friendly. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough as it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend anyone to go here. If you get bored with everything I’ve mentioned there is even a boat trip you can take from the hotel for around €15 each or you can walk to Marmaris or Ichmeler on a special pathway. The bus to Marmaris is 50p each and is very convenient. We did bus there and then taxi boat back. The hotel is roughly 1.5hrs by private transfer from Dalaman airport.

Rooms are never cleaned properly. Room floor is always filthy! Had someones eyelashes left in bathroom since we arrived. Tea and water in the room is never replenished. Have been and asked 6 times to at-least leave water in the room for our child. We have reported this to the hotel guest relations and still doesn’t get done unless we ask 2 or 3 times. Poor standards.

First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

Third vist in the last year and going back in October. This hotel is faultless . Check in smooth and friendly. I emailed the hotel just before we left to request a particular room in the thermal block and recieved everything that I had requested The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious and varied at all seatings . Some amazing Indian and Chinese dishes cooked in the buffet restaurant and amazing Turkish dishes too as well as the Brit stuff . We visited the Turkish a la carte and the food was perfect and way to much for us to get through . The Chinese was very good to . The steak house was fantastic ribeye steak and lamb chops to die for . Now for the bar staff , all I can say is outstanding . Murat , Emir , Rid van ( on roller blades at the beach bar ) Ahmet, fatima, Senem , Sahin the manager you all make the hotel what it is , perfect and friendly . Now a special mention to bar man Ali , you used your break times to come and sit with me on our previous stay when my partner was ill after a bad reaction to a spider bite and was unable to leave the room , thank you ! The gardens and all other areas are immaculate and the house keeping team superb . Very nice wine and branded spirits . We can't wait to see you all again when we return for our fourth stay in October.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Club Turban and I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! The selection and variety of food options/places to eat is second to none. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond for you. A special mention to Musa in the main restaurant who always greeted us with a smile and gave 1st class service everytime. The evening entertainment is excellent but there is also quiet chill areas if that's not your thing. There is also lots of activities during the day but again it's never forced upon you. Already checking for next year's holiday! Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic especially Tommy. Jengo in the bar and Sila in the restaurant. Food was good service was brill. Couldn't belive we had table service for drinks too. Will definitely go back. One of our group was gluten intolerant and they cooked everything separately for her

Have to say the hotel had everything we wanted in a family holiday loads of pools restaurants bars etc. staff were so attentive and nothing was a problem. We had two bed apar**ent with two toilets loads of room and close to all amenities. There is a Turkish Chinese Italian steak house and main restaurant Only one problem with this holiday a week wasn’t enough

The rooms were dirty , water leaked from the ceiling , carpet was sopping wet. Staff could not be bothered to assist and spent all their time On their mobile phones and chatting. Worst five star hotel I have ever stayed at.

Amazing resort. We had a villa really comfortable. Choice of restaurants excellent. Choice of food in buffet second to none. The beach was lovely with bar and restaurant nearby. Staff were so very friendly and nothing was too much. The site itself was superb will deffinitley return.
