Hotel from hell! Served same cold ONLY 3 different types of dishes for the entire 14 nights spent there! Cats everywhere like a cat zoo! Please avoid like a plague! A wasted 14nights , money and time of my holiday !

If it was possible to give this hotel zero stars I would. This was booked as an all inclusive package but this Is most certainly not an all inclusive hotel. Breakfast was the same every morning boiled eggs, beans and last night's veg. Lunch was 1 type of meat with veg and if you didn't get there quick you didn't get fed. Evening meal was pretty much the same. Everything was cold with no facilities to warm anything. Drinks were not all inclusive a gentleman asked for a refill and was refused so rudely by the staff. Apparently non of the staff speak English to be able to take any complaints and the reps avoid you like the plague. The room was tiny with no storage staff at all. We paid to upgrade and the next toom was only a tiny bit bigger... with no storage we had to live out our suitcases the whole time. Beds were 2 singles pushed together and only a single blanket was provided for the 2 of us. Pool is tiny. Rooms werent cleaned regularly it was very hit and miss if you got someone in or not. Luggage storage was trying to charge us £40 before our flight home. I'm not usually one to complain. I choose cheap and cheerful because I mainly use the place as a base but this really was terrible!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Even if you think it is a cheap hotel it is not worth it. We walked in the room and the shower was mouldy and the sheets had stains all over and was yellow. The mattress was broken and toilet flush was hanging out. Nothing good about the hotel mostly closed we were told.

Hotel inside is very clean, cleaners come daily to change towels and clean rooms. Pool area was only cleaned once that i seen. Staff at reception are very friendly but the staff in the dinnjng area look like they dont want to be there they wipl happily speak to the german, spanish, french, turkish people but wont acknowledge the english. Food is horrendous for AI they dont cater for english atall the food was either no taste or far to salty couldnt eat it so we ended up eating out, salad, cheese and cakes left out uncovered which flys were all over them. Meant to be cakes 3-5 but only once did that happen in the week i was there. Dinnjng area they opened the doors underneath the food and it smealt of drains. Beans were always cold and staff were walking round miserable in the dinning area

We went all inclusive and couldnt eat a thing.all food put out an hour before service but hot plates not turned on.stone cold freezing .every breakfast was nite befores tea .ie mash n beg n chips.coffee machine no milk in so every coffees black.a 2 slice toaster for the full hotel.the vodka put ulcers on mine n my friends tongue only had 2 drinks each.awful.good job we had a fridge in our room and a fab shop over the road.was buying loafs ov bread n ham n cheese and making butties as we dint expect to pay for 3 meals a day out .ive been going marmaris 35 years and this was the worst hotel by far

worst hotel the toilet button was broken 3 days in a row, the 1 first day they put cotton wool and they said it was done, the rooms were not clean and had my ring stolen, got no compensation but had to pay 700 lira to be there after the clock 16, the food was the worst and shade by the pool, we didn't swim at all, bad services in the hotel and a very arrogant manager who doesn't help, will never recommend this hotel

Rooms/bathroom are clean and are average-good
However the food/drink needs to be improved,
I wouldn't advise going all inclusive for the food , id advise to book based on a cheap price for good location, reasonably clean rooms and drinks included, thats about it.

Stayed at Cihanturk a couple of times staff are lovely and look after you well hotels in a perfect location
Cleanliness at the pool area could of been better floor was very sticky and lots of ants
Rooms at the hotel are in need of refurb
